I thought the pros was when I worked there when Grace was the office manager and Melanie was the office manager. This place was great in the beginning but no chance of advancements.
The cons is the management they hired after Grace and Melanie left. Management is bad and the dynamic of this firm has changed horrible. You are talking about Partners yelling and disrespecting the Associates. WHAT type of firm has this happen and noone does anything g about it
I didn't. It was very very laid back for me. They don't like when you work remote. They feel that you are just at home slacking off.
I am happy that I left. You have management speaking bad about the former employees and telling everybody's business. What kind of place allows this to happen.
