Upper Management
If you’re looking for a heavy workload, frequent yelling, low morale, frustrated employees, widespread dissatisfaction with upper management, and a low salary, this is the place for you. The company operates with an authoritarian management style: do as you are told or be shown the door. Upper management does not appreciate employees or care about their career growth. They expect you to meet unrealistic goals and then take all the credit during pointless KPI meetings. If you disagree or speak up, you are yelled at, punished, or even fired. The turnover rate is incredibly high, making it a revolving door. It's disheartening to see the younger generation face such poor management right after graduating college, with their hopes and aspirations crushed. Non-Koreans should not expect any advancement opportunities. Despite attempts to diversify, they often quit within the first month due to frustration and being ignored. Korean business tactics do not translate well to the American workplace.
