Kevin S. Wilson has been Heska's Chief Executive Officer and President since March 31, 2014. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2013. Mr. Wilson is a founder, member and officer of Cuattro, LLC. Since 2008, he has been involved in developing technologies for radiographic imaging with Cuattro, LLC and including as a founder of Cuattro Software, LLC, Cuattro Medical, LLC and Cuattro Veterinary, LLC. Mr. Wilson served on the board of various private, non-profit, and educational organizations from 2005 to 2011. He was a founder of Sound Technologies, Inc., a diagnostic imaging company, in 1996. After Sound Technologies, Inc. was sold to VCA Antech, Inc. in 2004, Mr. Wilson served as Chief Strategy Officer for VCA Antech, Inc. until 2006. Mr. Wilson attended Saddleback College.

Jay Kranzler has been a Founder, CEO, Board Member, and Advisor to leading life science companies for over 30 years. He is currently acting as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perception Neuroscience, Acting Chief Medical Officer of Pastorus, Board Member of Pastorus, Avenue Pharmaceuticals, and ImmunoBrain Checkpoint, and Advisor to small and large companies in the pharma/ biotech space. After graduating from Yale University School of Medicine with MD and PhD degrees with a focus in psychopharmacology, Dr. Kranzler joined McKinsey & Company where he contributed toward founding the Firm’s pharmaceutical practice. In 1989, he became the Chief Executive Officer of Cytel Corporation, a company focused on the development of immunomodulatory drugs. He took Cytel public, and negotiated partnerships with both global and Japanese pharmaceutical companies that set new standards for deal size and structure. After Cytel, Dr. Kranzler became Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Bioscience (formerly IMRE Corporation) where he was credited for the development of Savella™ (milnacipran) for the treatment of fibromyalgia, and Karuna Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the treatment of Schizophrenia.

Russ is a seasoned dental/medical device professional with over 30 years of experience. Most recently, he has transitioned into the consulting arena and presently serves as a Senior Executive Consultant with Cellerant Consulting Group. Prior to the consulting transition, Russ held executive leadership roles for nearly 20 years, having served as CEO of Keystone Dental Inc., Chief Commercial Officer and later President of Zest Dental Solutions, President of Henry Schein Orthodontics (HSO), and General Manager for Macropore Biosurgery. Before moving into leadership/C-suite roles, his career accomplishments have been focused in the marketing discipline holding positions in nearly every aspect of medical device marketing to include senior marketing management, all levels of product management, marketing research, and marketing communications. He held Vice-President of Global Marketing positions with Biomet 3i and Zimmer Dental prior to the merger of those organizations as well as senior marketing assignments with Stryker Leibinger and Macropore, Inc. Other employers have included Olympus Endoscopy and The American Red Cross. Russ has a B.S. with a concentration in marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where he graduated with Cum Laude honors and was voted \'The Most Outstanding Student\' in the marketing major. He earned an MBA at San Diego State University, graduating at the top of his class and completing a mini thesis on \'The Adoption and Diffusion of New Medical Technology\'. He has completed additional graduate level coursework and seminars at University of San Diego, UCLA, The University of Chicago, and Seton Hall University. His experience spans smaller start-ups as well as larger established medical device companies in public, privately-held, and private-equity sponsored environments.
