Currently, Michael is the CEO, co-founder, board director of UrbanBound and is a co-founder and board director at Hireology. Michael's first business, Versity.com, grew rapidly over a 3 year period and was successfully sold in 2000. When JBoss became a business, he founded JBoss’ European headquarters in 2003 and served as GM for Europe and then CTO.
