A day in the life as a Payroll Specialist:
Your first six weeks are dedicated to training! That's right, you will be jumping into our system and learning the ins and outs so that you're comfortable in our processes before we turn you loose. Our training is a mixture of hands-on one-on-one learning with other payroll relationship managers as well as videos and courses within our learning management system used to gauge your knowledge. As your knowledge grows, so will your responsibilities.
Within a few weeks you will have clients of your own to process payroll for. That means handling everything from data entry and garnishment collections to assisting with preparing and running reports within the system for our clients.
Before long you'll be a pro and be able to help onboard and implement new clients. With a solid understanding of the system and your client's business you will be able to identify needs within their business and be able to upsell our products and services.
What you need to be qualified for this job
To be qualified, you must consider yourself a "techy-person" with an eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized and on task. You'll be engaging with our clients daily, so it is vital that you are able to understand the platform we provide them and speak to its capabilities with a customer service mindset. Many clients see our payroll relationship managers as an extension of their HR department so the ability to build a working relationship and consult with our clients via email, phone calls and visits is key. Our environment is very fast-paced, and deadline driven, so you must be able to work under pressure. Late paychecks don't fly around here!

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to work in our clients’ Fleet Engineering department. This role will be 100% dedicated to a new build project. The work location will be a combination of work from home, our Houston office and from our project office in Philadelphia, PA. This function will require extensive travel in the USA and occasionally international (Europe).
The position offers challenge, variety, and the opportunity to be involved in the construction of a DP2 rock Installation vessel which will be equipped with the latest technology on automation, Dynamic Positioning, power electronics, VFD systems, power distribution & generation systems, battery storage & energy efficiency systems and maintenance management systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent project engineering skills with demonstrated capabilities in project management, budgeting, scheduling, reporting and coordination with shipyards. Specific knowledge of electrical systems in marine environment, system integration, regulatory requirements & approvals, industry standards and work methods are key for successful execution of new build projects. The successful candidate should for that reason be an expert in the field of electrical system preferable for DP2 offshore applications and have experience with the electrical part of ship building. For a successful execution of this new build project the candidate will interface and work closely with the Company’s New Build team, Fleet Engineering teams, Offshore Wind team and IT.Responsibilities encompass everything from new build documentation review to onsite supervision.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Coordinator:
Provides support to members to connect them to other health plans and community resources to ensure they are receiving high-quality customer care/service
May apply working knowledge of assigned health plan(s) activities and resources
Serves as the front-line support on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns which may include explaining care plan procedures, and protocols
Supports member onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties including sending out welcome letters, related correspondence, and program educational materials to assist in the facilitation of a successful member/provider relationship
Documents and maintain non-clinical member records to ensure standards of practice and policies are in accordance with state and regulatory requirements and provide to providers as needed
Knowledge of existing benefits and resources locally and make referrals to address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements of Customer Support Coordinator:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in medical office setting
