Magazine.Adam is a three-time finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2017, 2018, 2019), and named a “Top 25 HR Industry Game Changer” by Workforce magazine. Under his leadership, Hireology was ranked #94 on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2016 and #332 in 2017. Hireology has twice been recognized nationally as a “Top 50 Best Workplace” by Inc. Magazine, and was named a “Top Company Culture” by Entrepreneur magazine. Hireology has been named a "Best and Brightest Company to Work For" in Chicago each year since 2015.Adam graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and received his MBA from DePaul University. He’s a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and lives with his family in Chicago, Illinois.

As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Knapp is responsible for ensuring CareerBuilder's financial and operational strategies deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Knapp oversees the company's global financial management operations, including reporting, corporate controllership, strategic planning, taxes and treasury, as well as the company's global information technology and facilities functions. Prior to joining CareerBuilder, Knapp was part of the original leadership team that launched cars.com, the leading automotive marketplace website. At cars.com he served as Vice President of Strategy and Operations where he led the company's operations and business development efforts, including building new business opportunities and securing strategic acquisitions and alliances. Knapp began his career with KPMG the global audit, tax and advisory firm, serving in various roles including senior manager in its mergers and acquisitions practice. Knapp holds a master's in business adminstration from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.
