Maintain positive relationships with current tenants and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings in the surrounding areas. Provide recommendations to management based on market insights Ensure all move-in apartments are inspected prior to moving in. Walk the apartment with the resident at or before move in and complete the move-in condition inventory form. Assist in resident retention program, resident appreciation days and special functions as requested. Understand the Customer Satisfaction Program for both residents and prospects and assist the team in achieving customer satisfaction score goals. Performs other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
