Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. George D. Schindler is President and Chief Executive Officer of CGI and a member of its Board of Directors. He was appointed to the position in October 2016 to lead the development and execution of the company’s "Build and Buy" profitable growth strategy. Under his leadership, CGI’s professionals around the world partner with clients to lead, innovate and deliver on the transformational power of technology in a digitally connected world. Most recently, Mr. Schindler served as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2015, where he led the company’s global operations. In prior leadership roles, Mr. Schindler led the company’s Canadian operations, its portfolio of banking and investments IP, and was responsible for operations in the Greater New York region. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Schindler served as President of CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary serving U.S. government clients. As President, he led the integration of a $1 billion acquisition, adding capabilities and scale to the overall U.S. business. A recognized industry leader, Mr. Schindler is based at the company’s global headquarters in Montréal, and frequently speaks and writes about technology and business strategy topics.
