The pay was good but I didn't have enough time to myself.

The hours suck because I work 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Even having the weekend off would be a big improvement.

IT is a very good place to work. Great people.

Cons of working at Hitachi U.S.A.

Restructured letting 250 people go. Remodeled restrooms and put a gym other than keeping productive people. The direction they are going is a day late and a dollar short! No sick days. Have to use vacation. Poor management.
