Summary
As an integral member of Global Mobility Leadership, this role is responsible for the strategic execution of Global Mobility's operational and transformational objectives. The Global Mobility Program Manager will lead a team in maximizing Hitachi's vendors and systems for a globally efficient and standardized delivery of mobility services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mobility Program Management
* Drive team to seek opportunities to consolidate vendors and streamline processes.
* Accountable for implementation against transformational goals and objectives.
* Identify risks and analyze ROI of projects.
* Partner with Mobility CoE colleagues to assess current vendors for opportunities to optimize value and performance.
* Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement system and process enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
* Support the creation and management of program surveys including feedback on vendors, systems, and processes.
* Manage budgets and funding channels for various projects.
Change Management and Stakeholder Management
* Active business stakeholder involvement with Group Corporate (HQ Japan), Corporate RHQs, and Group Companies to ensure alignment, buy-in, and efficient execution.
* Provide support in crafting and delivering informative presentations that effectively communicate key initiatives to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Mobility Leadership Team to strategize communication and implementation plans for global initiatives.
* Support regional mobility teams with implementation and communication plans of global initiatives such as vendor implementations, systems onboarding, and assignment policy updates.
Contract and Vendor Management
* Manage and coordinate signatures for internal documents such as data transfer agreements and services agreements.
* Manage global vendor agreements including but not limited to tax, immigration, relocation, systems, and consultants.
* Ensure vendors deliver services in accordance with agreements.
* Manage the RFI or RFP, as appropriate, including pre-work cost-benefit analyses, internal reviews of responses, Group Company collaborations, etc.
* Manage internal and external staff augmentation agreements such as AssignmentPro Super Users (HR Digital).
* AssignmentPro Super User team performance and support performance improvement initiatives.
* Oversee storage and tracking of project documentation
Position Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience managing and implementing increasingly complex projects.
* Must be agile and able to manage unexpected events.
* Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Experience negotiating contract terms, commercials, and services.

As a Hitachi Solutions Account executive, you will be responsible for growing your market by participating in all phases of customer engagement. This role will focus on growing sales opportunities within all Microsoft solution areas. This encompasses offerings within the Business Application (BA) solution area, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM), Power Platform, and Customer Insights, and the Microsoft Azure solution area, including Data and Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, and Modern Solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster productive relationships within a diverse customer base.
You will focus on:
* Driving and managing the sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure.
* Leading all activities, managing communication and guiding collaboration with extended team members including specialist sales, pre-sales engineers, industry directors and leadership throughout the sales cycle.
* Developing strategic account, territory and opportunity plans for achievement of annual objectives.
* Establishing and building deep relationships with Microsoft's field teams to identify, qualify, co-sell leads and opportunities and to sell jointly into accounts in a collaborative manner.
* Supporting all marketing and lead generation activities, including driving participation in company sponsored events (i.e. webinars), supporting industry and partner events (i.e. Microsoft Ignite) and direct client acquisition efforts (i.e. cold calling and Account Based Marketing efforts).
* Building and maintaining relationships in your target accounts with C-level and leadership level contacts within both the business and IT organizations.
* Accurately managing, reporting and forecasting your business on a regular basis to allow for predicable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline or work experience equivalent.
* Industry Experience in the Energy & Professional Services space is preferred for this role.
* 7+ years experience in selling strategic technology business applications and solutions; Microsoft experience a plus
* Prior successful sales experience selling technical services that leverage both on-premise and Cloud based technologies
* Preference for candidates that have sold services leveraging the Microsoft stack including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure, SQL, Machine Learning, IoT, and Modern Solutions.
* Strong and established relationships with Microsoft customer facing account teams
* Strong written and presentation communication skills
* Experience working with third-party vendors and partners
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team

As an Intern Manufacturing Engineering, the candidate you will work alongside manufacturing and design engineers to ensure the manufacturability of new railcars. The scope includes but are not limited to:
* Interface with direct manager and production managers during the development phase to validate all steps of the manufacturing process.
* Work breakdown structures and bill of material process and logistics flows definition.
* Identify needs of specific manufacturing equipment and tooling.
* Create manufacturing plans in accordance with the site capacity requirements.
* Create detailed Macro and Micro processes to assure efficient and effective manufacturing processes by interfacing with design documentation and breaking down into efficient subsets for industrial development instructions to the shop floor operators.
* Work with ERP system (SAP) to structure manufacturing bills of material, process sheets and routings to support the most efficient manufacturing practices available.
* Perform concurrent engineering design reviews and analysis to assure manufacturability of product.
* Provide efficient support to Production to improve the processes and the productivity - through implementation of lean manufacturing principles and Hitachi Rail standard ways of working.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other appropriate Engineering science disciples, or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge with 2D-3D CAD (AutoCad).
* Knowledge with 2D-3D CAD (AutoCad).
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Good knowledge of manufacturing method, tools and process.
* Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams and interface with all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Junior or Senior standing or enrolled in a Master's program.

Education:

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology.
+ Offer effective solutions for system issues.
+ Provide turnkey project delivery on small to mid-level projects.
+ Responsible for ensuring that systems operate properly, to include controls, sensors, and software.
+ Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.

**Basic Qualifications**

Generating revenue growth for Pyrotek's products and solutions in the aluminum foundry industry by selling a portfolio of consumables, equipment, and technical services to accounts within an assigned territory. Cultivate and enhance long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers by applying technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and a deep understanding of aluminum foundry production processes. Manage and grow assigned sales territory accounts, by

Creating a mutually beneficial working relationship with customers that continuously meets/exceeds expectations.
Proactively identifying decision makers for initiating the sales process.
Effectively negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply agreements with customers, and communicating changes internally for customer demands.
Promptly providing technical support and resolutions to customers; and collaborating internally as needed.
Soliciting sales of new or additional products, preparing pricing, and presenting quotations.
Continuously maintaining awareness of competitors' activities and employing counter measures to beat or contain competitor efforts.
Prospecting new customers, preparing pricing, and presenting quotations.
Correctly developing and preparing customer purchase agreements and submitting to Supply Chain personnel for final review prior to customer signing. At a minimum, each quarter, review agreement levels versus actual performance to ensure customers meet agreement terms.
