What DON'T You Like About Working There?

The machines break down and it's your fault for not making your quota. It seems a little unorganized at times and you are ruched around from job to job. The pieces of metal stick in your body and for some odd reason, you cant use gloves for a job on one thing but not the next. There is little safety to the employees because they are pressed to make the quota. Must employees are looking so tired by 1st break. Kinda sad. They want quality products, but are running their employees away with how they treat them. You become afraid to ask a question from your supervisor for fear of being yelled at. Remind you, you can only be there a short time and you are looked down on for making a mistake on a machine or not producing hundreds of pieces and hour when the machine breaks down. I've worked in a few factories but this one by far, can break you. Show More
