Qualifications:
* Accredited advanced-level degree (masters or higher) in Accounting, Economics or Finance
* Typically with 10+ years of experience in respective sector settings; proven financial planning/financial impact analysis/business planning experience within a respected consultancy firm preferred
* Specific experience with health care or hospital system finance and reimbursement is required
* Familiarity with cross-sector finances and return assessments
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and PowerBI
* Experience in financial planning tools
* Experience in working with architects preferred
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred
* Proven track record in business development and successful project management
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
* Ability to manage client relationships including understanding client expectations and invoice, collections and contract management
* Ability to manage team with diplomatic and collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships and collaboration, both internal and external

Base Salary Range: $130k - 175k annually - Denver, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York and Seattle

Responsibilities:
Leads team and other Project Architects in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems
Collaborates with PIC/PM in defining project work plans and developing and managing the production schedule, including effectively defining and meeting deadlines
Leads the creation and modification of complex detailed implementation documents to incorporate the design intent, using diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices and advanced techniques
Leads development of code analysis and confirms code and zoning requirements for assigned segment of project are met
Supervises the preparation of documents by architectural team, including verifying implementation documents conform to QA/QC and HKS standards, best practice and quality expectations
Manages the technical resolution and coordination for the project
