We are seeking an individual to join our Tax Administrative department in our Atlanta Office to support our tax department and handle other administrative duties within the firm as needed. Must be a proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to multi-task. Must be professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. This individual will report to the Director of Tax.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for scanning, organizing, managing and processing tax workpapers using TaxCaddy and SurePrep
Responsible for sending out tax organizers, engagement letters
Process and send tax returns, extensions, and miscellaneous forms in accordance with governing agency filing requirements and internal standard operating procedures, in both paper and electronic format
Ensure client satisfaction
Monitor due date lists and e-file status
Assist in maintaining databases and client records
Support tax staff with additional tax administrative duties as assigned
Other office support and administration
Qualifications and Experience
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision
Excellent customer service skills; able to interact with clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Audit Manager with comprehensive audit experience to join our firm at the Atlanta office. Audit Managers will be working with other members of our audit practice to develop and strengthen client relationships. Experienced with multi-state and consolidated tax returns
Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred
Active CPA License
Education
