Mr. Rhenish previously held the position of President and COO of HM Insurance Group and pharmacy markets in addition to multiple positions at the consulting firm McKinsey and Company. During his time at McKinsey he worked closely with Highmark to identify strategies related to health care reform. He also previously served as manager of corporate strategy at Cardinal Health, a multinational health care industry services provider.

He is actively involved with the work of the National Kidney Foundation, serving as a local board member and was previously chair of the Kidney Walk in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Rhenish received his MBA from Harvard Business School and earned a BSBA in finance from The Ohio State University.
