Bill Lucia has served as HMS chairman, president, and chief executive officer since March 2009. He has been a member of the board of directors since May 2008 and was appointed chairman in July 2015. From May 2005 to March 2009, Bill served as HMS president and chief operating officer. He joined the company in 1996 and continues to lead HMS through the evolving healthcare landscape, demonstrating the ability to formulate and implement key strategic initiatives. Prior to HMS, Bill served as senior vice president of operations and chief information officer for Celtic Life Insurance Company, and senior vice president of Insurance Operations for North American Company for Life and Health Insurance. He serves as chairman of the Council for Medicare Integrity, and is a director on the board of AllyAlign Health. Bill also is a fellow of the Life Management Institute program through LOMA, an international association of insurance and financial services companies engaging in research and educational activities to improve operations.

Doug Williams serves as HMS president of markets and product, responsible for leading the company’s business development and product strategy. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology, sales, and operations, with a focus in healthcare consulting. Prior to HMS, Doug served as chief information officer of Aveta (now part of Optum, Inc.), senior vice president of the payer business unit at MedeAnalytics, global healthcare partner for IBM, and healthcare partner at Protiviti, Inc.

Jeff Sherman is a Board Member at MEDADVISOR LIMITED and Exec VP/CFO/Treasurer at HMS HOLDINGS CORP and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as VP/Treasurer at Tenet Healthcare, VP:Finance at Tenet Healthcare, and Chief Financial Officer at AccentCare Inc. Jeffrey works or has worked as CFO at HMS Holdings Corp (HMSY). David Alexander is a Senior VP/Chief HR Officer/Chief Compliance Officer at HMS HOLDINGS CORP and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Associate, Litigation at K&L GATES LLP; Law Clerk, Hon. David attended Harvard Law School and The University of Texas at Austin.

Gary Call, M.D., is senior vice president and Chief Medical Officer for HMS. He has a strong collaboration with HMS clients and leads our clinical program development and execution. Dr. Call has more than 25 years of experience in the practice of medicine and managed care. Prior to coming to HMS, he most recently served as the corporate vice president of clinical programs at Molina Healthcare. Dr. Call graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Utah. He is a board-certified family physician.

Maria has extensive experience with public company board reporting and is a high-level stakeholder liaison to government officials, strategic partners, investors, media, and business groups. Maria is also a proficient writer and public speaker. Her thought leadership articles have been widely accessed and published in professional journals and industry publications.
