Join our team as an HR Operations Specialist I and be the first point of support for our employees! In this role, you'll provide vital administrative assistance to the HR team, respond to employee questions, and ensure clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company practices. You'll also play a key part in welcoming new hires by assisting with onboarding activities, helping them transition smoothly into the organization. Essential Duties: * Determines the sequence of operation by reading the shop drawings, specifications (if supplied) and all work orders. * Cuts, lays out, punches, bends, drills or stamps materials as detailed on the shop drawings with minimal operator defects. * Changes or replaces tooling and/or consumables on the machines as needed. * Uses proper setting technique of the machines to avoid damage to the machines. * Accurately reads and understand a tape measure to 1/16 inch. * Follows assigned work instructions to prepare items to be processed. * Performs simple maintenance diagnosis of machines. * Uses overhead cranes & gantries as well as forklifts & combi lifts to move materials. * Keeps assigned work area clean and organized at all times & assists with keeping other work areas clean & organized. * Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization and cleanliness in all areas of operation. * Contributes to team effort be communicating & working well with others. * Regular and on-time attendance. * Work in your shift as scheduled. * Must work well with others. * Additional duties as assigned. Essential Duties: * Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies. * Performs Risk Assessments with all departments to determine the potential hazards of new processes and ensures that all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, along with industry standards, (OSHA, EPA, ANSI, NFPA, and ACGIH) are followed. * Maintains the SDS Program for materials used, received and/or processed at the facility. * Determines the potential health effects of any new chemical under consideration for use within the company. * Schedules and conducts new hire EHS orientation training. * Ensures incidents are properly reported to internal and external parties in a timely manner. * Manages industrial hygiene programs, chemical, noise exposure monitoring programs. * Reviews and approves all safety equipment and procedures. * In the event of an incident, assists the Site Leadership Team in ensuring the safety of everyone involved and to identify the Root Cause(s), and making corrections to eliminate recurrence. * Develops and implements site specific JSA's and training programs/behavior-based observations in the use of safety equipment including PPE, chemical hazards, noise hazards, physical hazards and safe operating practices, and assists management with implementation. * Maintains recordkeeping system for all safety training programs. * Implements the accident elimination program by tracking and reporting accident rates and developing management's accident investigation techniques. * Maintains OSHA logs. * Creates and maintains partnerships with managers, supervisors, medical providers and worker's compensation carrier to manage worker's compensation claims and drive down related costs. * Develops and implements emergency evacuation plans and procedures, along with environmental response procedures. * Conducts health, safety and environmental audits. * Oversees employee safety committee. * Ensures training and maintenance of procedures for first responder teams. * Implements the Company's contractor safety and training compliance program. * Maintains the hazardous waste disposal program, including all manifesting, disposal site selection, hazardous waste training, and internal tracking. * Examines all new processes and projects for environmental impact. * Applies for, tracks, and implements all environmental permits. * Monitors the air and water discharges including, but not limited to, obtaining and remaining certified as a Visible Emissions Evaluator if required. Position Requirements: * A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental or a related field is preferred. Job experience, professional development and continuing education may be substituted for educational experience. * 3-5 years previous experience working in an EHS position. * Spanish or Vietnamese speaking is a plus * Must maintain a valid driver's license and remain insurable under Sabre's vehicle policy. * Experience in implementing compliance of environmental, health and safety (personal, industrial & occupational) regulations, policies and procedures. * Capable of driving the completion of EHS required programs from start to finish with little assistance. * Thorough working knowledge of environmental, health and safety principles. * Must be available for occasional off hours response and weekend support when needed. * Professional, efficient and well-developed oral and written communication skills in English required. Scope of Responsibility: The Maintenance Manager directs the Maintenance department to perform equipment repairs, and schedules preventive maintenance for all production equipment. This position initiates operating improvements through innovative maintenance techniques and manages the preventative maintenance program through the plant and equipment. Essential Duties: * Minimizes operating costs, and optimizes the utilization of technicians, materials and assets. * Partners with Production Supervisors to effectively perform maintenance and repair equipment failures. * Provides technical expertise to increase the number of zero breakdown machines and reduce breakdown reoccurrences. * Interfaces with operations, safety, facilities and planning at daily production meetings on status of all equipment. * Coordinates maintenance and improvement learning's by gathering and maintaining knowledge from "outside in" experiences. * Coordinates processes to develop and train maintenance, manufacturing technicians, and supervisors on how to effectively operate equipment. * Coordinates the Planned Maintenance (PM) process and technician resources to deliver reliable maintenance processes establishing critical equipment priorities and spare parts inventory status for all new equipment and modifications. * Drives improvements during equipment changes to deliver new procedures, breakdown reduction, root cause analysis, risk and hazard analysis toolkits and manages the reduction of breakdown reoccurrences using a tracking process. * Maintains an integrated maintenance master plan and works with Purchasing to manage costs. * Leads a team of Maintenance professionals across multiple operating shifts to ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed. * Promotes a working environment that exhibits strong communication and teamwork within and outside of the Maintenance Department. * Develops and ensures adherence to preventive maintenance activities for all manufacturing, logistical, and facility assets. * Ensures new, changed or obsolete equipment is properly monitored and preventive maintenance criteria and frequency are adjusted accordingly. * Monitors and measures equipment performance such as planned vs. unplanned maintenance activity, burden rates, mean time between failures, rate of return, maintenance costs and similar metrics. * Provides (or ensures provision of) strong technical expertise and training to Maintenance professionals. * Manages maintenance and repair work orders and ensures proper scheduling of priorities for Maintenance personnel and resources. * Ensures proper document control and updating of Maintenance policies, procedures, and records. * Assists the management team to ensure equipment is safe to operate and promotes environmental stewardship. * Actively seeks and evaluates new equipment or improvements to existing equipment that will lower operating expenses or future capital investments. * Manage Maintenance activities by way of CMMS or similar Maintenance Management software application. * Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience. * Extensive technical and mechanical knowledge in Maintenance-related skills and trades such as electrician, tool and die maker, machinist and fabricator, HVAC technician, plumber, and heavy equipment and material handling mechanic. * Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of heavy industry mechanical systems including Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical. * Minimum 5 years' experience in Heavy Manufacturing as a Maintenance Technician (or similar). * Experience in maintenance planning. * Basic computer skills: Data management and analysis; word processing; spreadsheets, email and internet. * Minimum 5 years of experience delivering reliability improvements in a fast changing manufacturing plant environment(s). * Minimum 2 years experience managing Maintenance Team Leads and employees. * Applied working knowledge of time, condition, and predictive based maintenance processes. * Demonstrated competency managing Technicians and/or Mechanics who are experienced primarily in machine maintenance as well as electrical in a manufacturing plant. * Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Experience managing Planned Maintenance practices. * Experience coaching, mentoring, motivating and managing employees' skills. * Willingness and ability to work flexible hours across all shifts as needed to meet business demands. Must be able to perform the following NDT Methods: Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT) Testing, and Penetrant (PT) Testing. Collect and process data created by the inspections, in accordance with the HMT and customer's procedures and requirements. Drive a vehicle safely in an oil and gas facility and field sites. HMT is currently seeking a qualified NDE Level II Technician to join our team. This position is designed for an experienced nondestructive examination (NDE) technician specializing in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) methods, including conventional UT, automated UT, and exposure to advanced UT techniques such as guided wave testing and pulsed eddy current. The role will lead NDE for API piping projects, with an expectation to develop advanced UT expertise and contribute to final report deliverables, including quality report photos, preliminary visual inspections, isometric drawings, data entry, and job form completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, a desire to grow their UT expertise, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members. This is a field-based role requiring significant travel and offering opportunities to work on diverse inspection projects across the oil and gas industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards as required by contract, with a focus on UT methods for piping inspections. Lead and perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT), including conventional UT, automated UT, and advanced UT techniques, ensuring high-quality data collection and processing in accordance with HMT and customer procedures. Support final report deliverables by taking quality report photos, conducting preliminary visual inspections, creating isometric drawings, performing data entry, and completing job forms. Drive safely in oil and gas facilities and field sites. Demonstrate proficiency with standard computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. In this role, you will support plasma cutting operations by preparing detailed drawing files and collaborating closely with the production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions Reads and interprets construction drawings and creates CNC files for plasma cutting tables to produce parts for fabrication. Applies industry and company standards in preparation and review of drawings, details, and diagrams Monitor and maintain inventory of drop materials to maximize utilization of materials and reduce scrap generated during processing Fill in for shop personnel within the department as needed based on work load and shop needs. This will require working in the shop environment. Scope of Responsibility: This position performs the structural design of new towers, foundations and antenna mounts; and the structural analysis of existing towers, foundations and antenna mounts. Prepares reports and seals them as the Professional Engineer of record. Develops engineering spreadsheets to make department procedures more efficient. Assists in the training of other engineers as needed. Essential Duties: * Designs new towers to meet Building Code requirements * Designs foundations based on soil information received * Analyzes existing towers, foundations and antenna mounts for revised loading and determines required modifications if needed * Completes structural modification designs * Applies structural engineering principles (steel, concrete, and soils) to designs * Provides detailed calculations to verify computer-generated results, when necessary * Provides technical advice to Program Managers and field personnel regarding on-site concerns * Works with other in-house Professional Engineers as needed, to develop engineering skills * Helps educate any Engineer I staff * Performs other duties as needed or assigned * Report for work on time and fulfill your shift responsibilities as planned. * Complete all responsibilities during your assigned shift as outlined in the schedule. * Engage respectfully with coworkers, fostering teamwork and mutual respect. Position Requirements: Education: B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering is required. Experience: * 3-7 years as a licensed Professional engineer Skills & Abilities: * Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. * Knowledge of welding and annotating welds in drawings is desirable. * Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge and experience evaluating design tradeoffs to achieve the most efficient cost-effective designs. * Telecom experience is a plus, especially the wireless industry. * Professional and effective English communication skills. Ability to communicate information through speech and in writing to be easily understood by all personnel, internal and external, Must maintain a level of confidentiality. * Must work well in a fast-paced R&D team environment but also thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, where independent critical thinking and quick execution is valued. * Must be coachable and flexible to meet the demands of the telecom industry. * Self-starter; can be depended on to complete tasks under minimal supervision . * Must be focused, versatile, dependable, multi-task oriented, flexible, and able to adapt effectively to challenges. * Ability to stay abreast of industry trends, best practice, and customer standards. * Must have excellent organizational skills, follow-up, follow-through, and strong attention to detail. * Must have a current, valid driver's license and meet Sabre's vehicle insurability requirements.
