Join our team as an HR Operations Specialist I and be the first point of support for our employees! In this role, you'll provide vital administrative assistance to the HR team, respond to employee questions, and ensure clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company practices. You'll also play a key part in welcoming new hires by assisting with onboarding activities, helping them transition smoothly into the organization. Scope of Responsibility: Under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead, the Painter & Blaster performs all duties in the paint & blast process, such as surface preparation, spray-gun application of liquid coatings, wrapping painted products for shipment, operating heavy equipment to move product around the large pole coating facility and perform abrasive blasting to prepare products for application of liquid coatings. The painter/blaster is also responsible for understanding and complying with safety and environmental regulations and policies as they pertain to the painting & blasting procedures. Essential Duties: * Operate large forklifts and all associated paint/compressor equipment including guns, hoppers and collection systems * Follow blue prints for the coating dimensions and measurements accurately * Prepare and set-up/blast with sand, shot, or grit * Use blaster to prepare part or assembly surface for coating * Prepare paints. Use wet and dry film. * Apply high build epoxies according to project specifications Apply paint. Use professional painting techniques with industrial spray equipment, airbrushes and industrial paint booth methodologies while following SSPC painting practices * Utilize a variety of spraying devices airless and air powered sprayers * Maintain paint equipment and troubleshoot or report issues * Clean and maintain associated compressors * Achieve/maintain consistent DFT * Electronically collect labor hours and track process information on each job * Identify material by job number, piece mark, labels and/or other applicable indicators * Maintain compliance with regulations and policies regarding safe storage, use and disposal of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes * Follow established housekeeping standards * Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements: * Prior paint booth/blast and Manufacturing experience highly preferred * Regular, consistent & timely attendance is required * Must be able to obtain STS Crane/Forklift Certification * Experience using forklifts highly preferred * Knowledge of hand tools, grinders and proper PPE during use * Knowledge of basic shop mathematics, addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals * Basic understanding of English is required. Scope of Responsibility: The Manager of Program Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management related to new and existing tower orders. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with contractual obligations, and aligned with organizational goals. The manager directs, supervises, and monitors day-to-day operations, providing strategic guidance to teams while ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. Essential Duties: * Directs, supervises, monitors and reviews all activities related to tower project management team. * Advises management on Project Management, schedule updates, invoicing and incident reporting. * Provides exceptional customer service and is client contact while overseeing and managing the overall delivery of Telecommunication Towers, Structure Count orders, Order entry function from receipt of a Purchase Order to Invoicing. * Assure accurate input as needed of telecommunication orders, professional services and miscellaneous orders in an ERP tracking system (Epicor). * Assign Sales Orders, manage Change Orders, records incident report and manages scheduling through Epicor. * Compile and organize project information and enter it into sales order database. * Update the daily job report when processing new Sales Orders. * Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with all customers and identifies opportunities for follow-up work or new projects. * Communicates directly with customers, purchasing agents, engineers, field supervisors, project managers, and vendors. * Communicates directly with internal department personnel, i.e., Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, and Accounting. * Develop Change Order Estimates and determine mark-up. * Perform incident resolution by working with Customers, contractors and internal departments. * Synchronize and document all administrative aspects of project files, customer schedules, and STP schedule. * Monitors and manages shipping schedule using Excel. * Complete other assignments as required and provide assistance for all Project Managers. * Coordinates deliveries and manages all related communications and documentation between Shipping Department and clients. * Provide training to new Associate Project Managers. * Develop monthly production invoice forecasts * Monitors completion of contracted products and services through deliverables schedule. * Negotiates settlements for issues of changes, damages, non-performance, and unaccounted furnished property. * Communicate design revision updates, scheduling and shipping updates with Project Management team * Serve as Customer primary point of contact when there is customer issues related to quality and customer service. * Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints * Supervises and oversees placement of all Department personnel. * Prepares replies to appropriate agencies and organizations as required. * Develop policies including, but not limited to - contract formats, RFP/RFQ, contract administration processes and protocols. * Maintains superior customer relationships by setting high quality, safety and professional standards for subordinates and subcontractors and by communicating frequently, positively, and openly. * Report for work on time and fulfill your shift responsibilities as planned. * Complete all responsibilities during your assigned shift as outlined in the schedule. * Engage respectfully with coworkers, fostering teamwork and mutual respect. Under the direction of the Manager or Shift Supervisor, the QC Specialist provides training, guidance and direction to employees in an efficient, clean, safe and cost-effective manner in order to achieve the goals and key performance metrics in line with the organization's objectives. Essential Duties: * Ensure all galvanized products meet Sabre quality requirements, minimize downtime, and promote efficiency and uptime. * Perform final inspection to ensure all products are free of uncoated areas, acid spots, lumps, projections, globules, edge tears, spikes or heavy deposits of zinc which will interfere with intended use of the product. * Measure the thickness of final product and document according to the quality program guidelines. * Conduct all inspections in accordance with Sabre Galvanizing Work Instructions, SOP's, and associated ASTM specifications with regard to specific customer requirements that may go above and beyond the standard. * Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. * Must use good judgment, follow instructions and have good problem-solving abilities. * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. * Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task. * Train and assess employees' competencies in the Skill-Based Pay process. * Actively seeks and supports continuous improvement activities in process efficiencies, costs and effectiveness of work. * Must have knowledge and demonstrate compliance of all safety guidelines. * Calibrate the mil gauge using calibration blocks and log results. * Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets. * Attach identifying tags to product or mark them with proper identifying information as per Work Instruction requirements. * Follow established housekeeping standards. * Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. * Work in your shift as scheduled * Getting along with coworkers * Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. This position initiates operating improvements through innovative maintenance techniques and manages the preventative maintenance program through the plant and equipment. Essential Duties: * Minimizes operating costs, and optimizes the utilization of technicians, materials and assets. * Partners with Production Supervisors to effectively perform maintenance and repair equipment failures. * Provides technical expertise to increase the number of zero breakdown machines and reduce breakdown reoccurrences. * Interfaces with operations, safety, facilities and planning at daily production meetings on status of all equipment. * Coordinates maintenance and improvement learning's by gathering and maintaining knowledge from "outside in" experiences. * Coordinates processes to develop and train maintenance, manufacturing technicians, and supervisors on how to effectively operate equipment. * Coordinates the Planned Maintenance (PM) process and technician resources to deliver reliable maintenance processes establishing critical equipment priorities and spare parts inventory status for all new equipment and modifications. * Drives improvements during equipment changes to deliver new procedures, breakdown reduction, root cause analysis, risk and hazard analysis toolkits and manages the reduction of breakdown reoccurrences using a tracking process. * Maintains an integrated maintenance master plan and works with Purchasing to manage costs. * Leads a team of Maintenance professionals across multiple operating shifts to ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed. * Promotes a working environment that exhibits strong communication and teamwork within and outside of the Maintenance Department. * Develops and ensures adherence to preventive maintenance activities for all manufacturing, logistical, and facility assets. * Ensures new, changed or obsolete equipment is properly monitored and preventive maintenance criteria and frequency are adjusted accordingly. * Monitors and measures equipment performance such as planned vs. unplanned maintenance activity, burden rates, mean time between failures, rate of return, maintenance costs and similar metrics. * Provides (or ensures provision of) strong technical expertise and training to Maintenance professionals. * Manages maintenance and repair work orders and ensures proper scheduling of priorities for Maintenance personnel and resources. * Ensures proper document control and updating of Maintenance policies, procedures, and records. * Assists the management team to ensure equipment is safe to operate and promotes environmental stewardship. * Actively seeks and evaluates new equipment or improvements to existing equipment that will lower operating expenses or future capital investments. * Manage Maintenance activities by way of CMMS or similar Maintenance Management software application. * Additional duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibility: The Engineer Il - Product Design will work with the Telecom Products Group and various Sabre departments to produce designs, drawings and documentation for new and innovative products that meet company and customer expectations and are production feasible, cost effective, efficient, optimized and accurate. This position will build knowledge of industry standards and Sabre procedure. Essential Duties: * Works with the Telecom Products Group, Sabre Site Solutions group, Small Cell Products group and others to create and implement new innovative products, improve and standardize products, and reduce costs. * Interpret customer design specifications and other information received to determine appropriate project specifications and assure compliance throughout development cycle. * Applies engineering principles and manufacturing knowledge to design small cell poles, concealment structures and sheet metal enclosures for wireless telecom applications. * Develops detailed, structurally sound, thermally optimized, and visually refined production-ready product designs while incorporating FEA and other analytical tools for validation and optimization as required for performance and reliability. * Delivers fully manufacturable designs and drawings, considering cost, production feasibility, labor efficiency, shipping constraints, and dimensional accuracy. * Serves as a technical resource, supporting peer development and actively contributing to RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitors design and build cycles, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables. * Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment and/or labor to determine project feasibility. * Assists vendors during first article builds to assure accuracy, proficiency and on-time delivery to customers. * Interfaces with customers as needed to communicate product knowledge, design limitations, quality processes, and configuration options. * Communicates real time updates to Sr Engineer, VP Engineering Solutions, and other departments as needed. * Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to assess make vs buy decisions, evaluate and select vendors, select appropriate vendors for parts and kits, standardize technical portion of vendor audits, develop relationships with vendors to understand capabilities, and ensure designs are not limited to a single source product or vendor. * Assists Operations, Manufacturing and Shipping teams to design jigs, fixtures and processes for manufacturing and packaging among all Telecom product groups as needed. * Recommends/implements design changes for reduction in production cycle times, optimal cost efficiency, universal component use and ease of assembly. * Support development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality. * Identify internal process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. * Coordinates testing required by customers and/or industry for product approvals and work with internal teams to develop test procedures and design fixtures for testing. * Research new materials and applicability for use in current and future designs. * Demonstrates technical product knowledge, design configurations, concepts and limitations and quality processes. * Acquires knowledge and assure s adherence to all Sabre procedures and policy for engineering, production, tracking and follow-up. * Travels with overnight stays to customer and vendor locations as needed. * Report for work on time and fulfill your shift responsibilities as planned. * Complete all responsibilities during your assigned shift as outlined in the schedule. * Engage respectfully with coworkers, fostering teamwork and mutual respect. Position Requirements: Education: B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or closely related field (required). Experience: * 3+ years of mechanical design experience required. * 2+ years of sheet metal design, tubular steel weldment design and manufacturing experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: * Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. * Knowledge and proficient use of Solidworks required. Preferably 3 years' minimum experience. * Proficiency in creating drawings for manufacturability. * Knowledge of welding and annotating welds in drawings is desirable. * Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in sheet metal cabinet construction. Knowledge of tubular steel and pole construction is an asset. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly is preferred. Hands on experience is a plus. * Experience with PDM and document control preferred. * Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge and experience evaluating design tradeoffs to achieve the most efficient cost-effective designs. * Telecom experience is a plus, especially the wireless industry. * Professional and effective English communication skills. The pole assembly generally consists of a round tube or formed shaft, baseplate, hand hole, arm mounting simplex, tenon top, vangs, step lugs, ladder clips, and/or other small parts. * Works in Large Pole department on individual fitter station to assemble pole assembly. Assist material handler in loading round tube or formed shaft on individual fitter station. * Reads and interprets drawings to determine parts needed to assemble pole assembly. Locate and gather Storeroom Personnel staged parts needed for assembly from parts staging area. Frequently pushes, pulls, and lifts up to 50 pounds. * Reads and interprets drawing to assure proper location of various small part attachments. Layout various locations on round tube or formed shaft based upon interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Uses measuring tape, level, square, and angle finders to measure distances and angles. Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides feet, inches, fractions, and decimals. Uses table to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. * Uses plasma torch and oxy-fuel torch to cut steel. Uses jigs made at Sabre/Texas for laying out vang slots and for cutting holes in shafts for inserting hand hole rims, arm mounting simplex, couplings, and other small parts. Wear protective goggles or welding hood to protect eyes from harmful rays. * Moves around round tube or formed shaft as necessary to get into proper position to accurately measure and assemble components described above including standing on elevated platform when necessitated by the size of the shafts. * Uses motorized grinders, motorized buffers, stone grinders, and drills to help assemble pole assembly according to prescribed specifications, codes and drawing. Wears protective face shield and safety glasses to protect eyes and face. * Adjusts welding machine to achieve desired results within parameters of established welding procedures. Changes tips, ceramic cups, and electrodes in plasma torch as needed to achieve desired cutting results. * Finish weld various products of the unit to keep the product moving through the large pole department in a timely manner. Reads and interprets weld symbols. * Uses oxy-fuel torch to preheat parts prior to welding. Read codes and specifications to determine proper temperature and uses instruments provided to measure temperature. * Uses chipping hammer, wire brush, motorized grinder, and motorized wire brush at various times to clean welded areas. * Uses pneumatic drills and magnetic drills to drill and ream various sizes holes in poles as required by the drawing. * Wears protective equipment, including safety glasses, insulated welding gloves, welding cap, leather sleeves, and/or cape, and welding hood for protection against hot metal, arc rays, grinding debris, and other potentially. * Performs visual inspecting and identifies material discrepancies to assure welds have been completed satisfactorily in compliance with applicable drawings and specifications. Uses a weld gauge to measure weld size. * When called for by the drawings and specifications, must produce full-penetration welds as defined by American Welding Society code. Uses air-arc gouger to remove weld defects, and rewelds to meet specifications. * Uses overhead crane to load finished poles into bolsters for transportation out of the pole assembly area. * Welds other products in other areas, using either Flux-Cored Arc Welding or Gas Metal Arc Welding process. * Assist and instructs other welders and fitters when needed to overcome deficiencies in quality and/or productivity. * Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements: * High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred * Must have knowledge of basic shop mathematics, addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication and decimals. * Proficiency in reading complex prints and specifications. * Must know how to properly use a weld gauge. * Read and write.
