Pros of working at HNI

CEO and Leadership. Great products build with quality.

Cons of working at HNI

Worst workplace behavior and culture. Managers steal your ideas, never recognize your work and treat you bad. There is one-way dialogue from Managers always, the year end reviews happens for 30 minutes and you are left with nothing other than accepting it. I observed some misconduct committed by a program manager and its keep happening, more frequently. Revenge and retaliation from Managers are common here, stay away from HNI.
