It was challenging at times, which I enjoy. Nothing else was good about working here.
Company culture. Discouraging employees from working hard. No opportunities for growth. Bureaucratic. Unfair policies. Disorganized. Lack of passion- nobody there cares about doing a good job. Most of my coworkers said it was the worst palce they have ever worked, and many of them were old and experienced.
I enjoy stress, and this job was certainly stressful. Unfortunately, continuing to work hard and achieving great results gets you nowhere.
CEO and Leadership. Great products build with quality.
Worst workplace behavior and culture. Managers steal your ideas, never recognize your work and treat you bad. There is one-way dialogue from Managers always, the year end reviews happens for 30 minutes and you are left with nothing other than accepting it. I observed some misconduct committed by a program manager and its keep happening, more frequently. Revenge and retaliation from Managers are common here, stay away from HNI.

The member culture is great, I am empowered so that I can add real value each day.
There is not much to complain about. If I had to list something I guess I don't like having to search for a parking spot each morning.
