**What You'll Do:**
+ Supports fleet by tracking vehicles and company assets for assigned office and/or geographical area. Maintains and oversees fleet records and coordinates and communicates fleet availability.

+ Fields emergency issues such as vehicle maintenance problems, last-minute repair scheduling changes, vehicle crashes, etc. Maintains a record, and communicates to the corporate office, of all vehicle accidents for the office.
+ Assists office with fleet audits, including audits of the fleet management company, and escalates issues to the Office Finance Manager and Corporate Fleet Manager.
+ Fosters relationships with fleet personnel and advises on activities to maintain the health of the fleet.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

The primary role of the Resources Business Group (RBG) Technology Director, working internally as part of our RBG Professional Services Organization, is driving the strategic vision and tactical implementation of technology solutions within the RBG. As the RBG Technology Director, you will collaborate closely with the RBG leadership, our Corporate Technology team, and other HDR stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement technology initiatives. The primary focus will be on leveraging technology to optimize project execution and foster technology innovation within the RBG. This will be accomplished through the advancement and implementation of technology related to data management, optimization, automation, and visualization.
Success in this role will include developing consistent delivery approaches, connecting people with technology-related talent, shaping our strategic plan for the next three to five years, and positioning HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace. The ability to communicate complex technological solutions clearly and in a fashion so that non-technology leadership can be informed is a must. This opportunity entails assisting with the management of a large vehicle fleet, vehicle equipment and other equipment for assigned offices. Fleet vehicle and equipment management includes asset usage cost recovery, equipment procurement support, accounts payable cost verification, support of vehicle maintenance requests, and other policy/administrative support requests as needed.
What You'll Do:
Supports fleet by tracking vehicles and company assets for assigned office and/or geographical area. Maintains and oversees fleet records and coordinates and communicates fleet availability.
Maintains and oversees the ordering, delivery, and disposal process of office fleet vehicles and assets.
Coordinates and assists with transporting vehicles to different company locations and repair facilities as needed - including but not limited to detailing, refueling, and light maintenance of vehicles.
Ensures all vehicles are receiving preventative maintenance as required. Schedules with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs.
Assists with in processing and out-processing of all company vehicles, including the proper processing of registration, title paperwork, and insurance claims.
Fields emergency issues such as vehicle maintenance problems, last-minute repair scheduling changes, vehicle crashes, etc. Maintains a record, and communicates to the corporate office, of all vehicle accidents for the office.
Assists office with fleet audits, including audits of the fleet management company, and escalates issues to the Office Finance Manager and Corporate Fleet Manager.
Fosters relationships with fleet personnel and advises on activities to maintain the health of the fleet.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Associate degree and 2 years of fleet management or related experience, or
In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience
What You'll Bring:
Asset coordination/management experience.
What We Prefer:
Previous experience in a procurement role and managing depreciating assets.
