Utilizes PFAs for routine transactional support. + Develops and delivers learning and training to educate others about various aspects of HNTB's best business practices, including financial systems, contracting, cost management, financial performance metrics, revenue recognition, earnings mechanics, and cash management. + Provides input on staff recruitment, development, and retention, including performance, compensation reviews, and succession planning.
