+ Brainstorms new ideas and creates concepts for visually communicating key messages.
+ Maintains and organizes digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics.

+ May review and approve final graphics.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or

**What You'll Bring:**
+ Using InDesign and other graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiently, with support from more senior staff.
+ Converting substantial amounts of data or information into visual illustrations proficiently, with support from senior staff.

**Additional Duties**

As Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary team(s) for one or more projects ranging in engineering fees from $1M up-to $25M, or may lead or serve in a key discipline lead role on a project management team with an engineering fee greater than $25M.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responsible for development of the project scope and fee quotation and assists in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts in accordance with HNTB's Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
+ Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Leads client contract scoping and negotiations.
+ Performs technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
+ Implements the firm's project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project. Leads the development and the execution of the project management plan. Supervises and mentors team to overall project objectives.
+ Responsible for/oversees project staffing, including, but not limited to; recruitment, development, retention and succession of project staff; development of plan for project staff reporting; and support for performance and compensation reviews.
+ Partners with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts for mega and super mega projects in accordance with HNTB's Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA). Works with the project team and marketing resources to prepare appropriate proposal and presentation materials. Leads proposal development and interview presentations for strategic, mini-mega or mega projects to the client as well as general presentations within the industry and community.
+ May be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of staff, including development of plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides conceptual leadership for document design. Lays out proposals in InDesign and performs high-level editing. May serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
May facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) reviews, and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manages the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams.
Participates in go/no-go calls/meetings in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities as they pertain to preparation for the proposal.
Completes internal debriefs for proposals they lead and reviews debriefs and reviews client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement.
Has solid working knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory).
Liaises with appropriate/relevant business line team, operations, technical, and business development professionals to support or develop marketing information (including but not limited to case studies/project sheets and capabilities summaries).
Provides guidance to entry-level proposal team members.
Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS + 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
A developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry.
Detailed knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
An understanding of CRM Salesforce experience is a plus.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and must have completed at least one year of study. AECOM is seeking an entry level Environmental Scientist to be based in our Novi, Michigan office. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line.
The Environmental Scientist will primarily support analytical needs for an onsite industrial wastewater treatment facility. AECOM is searching for candidates that can be a role model of professionalism, be client-focused, be impactful and decisive, and have a strong safety culture. This position is expected to begin as soon as the right candidate is selected.
This position is expected to begin in February 2026.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conducting environmental field work, including collecting soil, groundwater, and remediation system data, groundwater sampling, fluid level gauging and oversight of subcontractors.
* Operations and maintenance of surface water treatment system.
* Manage the outsourcing of analytical samples collected by sampling technicians for environmental compliance.
* Evaluation of analytical data for quality control, quality assurance.
* Application and maintenance of data management software (i.e. LIMs) and maintenance of electronic tools that support functionality of the data management software.
* Collect and enter data and apply technical principles and theories to assist in interpreting and analyzing data.
* Record, analyze, and report data in a timely manner.
* Review analytical reports from contract laboratories.
* Build relationships with contract laboratory contacts to communicate expectations for routine and non-routine analysis.
* Follow proper archiving and document retention and management procedures.
* Work as an engaged team member through weekly collaboration and group meetings to understand analytical and resource needs and challenges.
* Demonstrate personal initiative in proactively meeting all the technical, safety and document management requirements of the job.

Candidates for the Industrial Process Water/Wastewater Leader role should have significant experience with industrial water/wastewater (W/WW) treatment systems and be capable of leading teams of engineers and designers on detailed design and owner's engineer projects. Responsibilities include:
* Conduct site visits to gather relevant technical information, support construction and commissioning, and project closeout.
* Participate in strategic planning and the development of annual and long-term goals to support program and client development, community and industry participation, project pursuits, and talent acquisition and development.
* Lead the technical portions of proposal development including scope, schedule, and fee.
* Performing or overseeing process design sizing and hydraulic calculations including mass balances, water treatment system conceptual designs, and calculations to determine required equipment and tank sizes and capacities.
* Develop design criteria, equipment and procurement specifications, studies, bid evaluations, and reports.
* Lead the development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, piping arrangement drawings and installation details.
* Review and evaluate equipment vendor and installation contractor proposals and submittals.
* Develop and execute QA/QC plans
* Lead technical teams including engineers, EITs, designers, and drafters.
* Work directly with project managers and clients to ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations.

As an Estimator II your primary focus will include the development and review of capital cost estimates, construction cost estimates and/or service estimates for a variety of different market sectors including Waste, Power and Industrial. Primary Responsibilities
