Position Summary The incumbent reports to the Director or Executive Director of Imaging Services, whose areas of responsibility include Diagnostic Radiology, Diagnostic CT, Diagnostic Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, PET CT, for the LBMMC campus and Miller Women's and Children's Hospital, in addition to the outpatient MemorialCare Imaging Center and Children's Village Imaging Center.
The incumbent shares accountability for the success of the Imaging Services division in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory codes.
The incumbent plans, organizes, leads, controls, and monitors the status of the flow of daily activities within imaging services to ensure the delivery of continuous, prompt, and uninterrupted quality of service to patients and physicians in a cost-effective manner.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job Management:· Responsible for staff recruitment, in addition to training and retention.
Disciplinary counseling and annual review process.
Assignment of work schedules and awareness of union contracts.
Client Services Support:· Establish and maintain physician and staff satisfaction.
Integrate Activities:· Analyzes and implements effective solutions to problems.
Integrates technical and non-technical administrative functions.
Regulatory compliance.
Develop written policies and procedures.
Represents Imaging:· Responsible for effective communication.
Reporting on committee attendance and participation, as well as community service outreach.
Capital Equipment:· Provides input for space planning and equipment acquisition, in addition to managing and updating the equipment inventory.
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.

Qualifications Minimum RequirementsQualifications/Work Experience: Required Experience:· Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in an acute care hospital imaging department.
· Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing performance, and supporting departmental operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge:· Proficient in hospital information systems and imaging platforms.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Working knowledge of medical center policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
· Ability to facilitate cost-effective, high-quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Required Education and Licensure:· Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
· Current and valid California state license in one of the following modalities: Radiologic Technologist (CRT), MRI Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS).
· National certification through ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB, as applicable to modality.
Preferred Qualifications:· Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
· Experience with WHUPOS or similar productivity tracking systems.

Position SummaryThe Phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood collection activities for the purpose of health assessment in the Clinical Lab Triage Pathology department at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center Long Beach.
The Phlebotomist also performs all activities, pre-analytic analysis, analytic analysis, and data management under the direction of a California Licensed Supervisor as defined in Chapter 3 of State of California Business and Professions Code.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. Inventory Medical Specialist will manage daily operations associated with the procurement and management of all stock and non-stock (e.g. new, single use, contract conversion) supplies utilized by the department.
