Pros of working at Hoffer Plastics

We have holidays off.

Cons of working at Hoffer Plastics

Salary is treated like kings compared to the peasants in the plants and it SHOWS. We get maybe a .10- .20 cent raise yearly if we're lucky. We work 6 days a week 85% of the time mandatory. Underpaid compared to other manufacturing companies.
