Hoffman Construction is seeking a Quality Manager. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of a hyper-scaled data center construction project. Reporting to the High-Tech Program Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, verify compliance with contract documents, and uphold safety, quality standards and design intent. The Quality Manager plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing high-volume structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Queen Creek, AZ.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural and MEP trades, collaborating closely with project engineers, construction managers, building superintendents and other field superintendents.
Manage the Quality Team to ensure high performance, alignment with project goals, and seamless integration with overall construction operations.
Direct the daily work of multiple QA/QC Programs.
Drive execution of reviewing and approval trade contractor QA/QC Programs to ensure alignment with general contractor and client program requirements.
Monitor and review design documents to identify constructability errors or omissions.
Lead work groups to meet quality standards of Hoffman Construction and the project.
Ensure strict adherence to project-specific safety protocols and participate in safety audits and incident investigations.
Coach site staff in conducting inspections and convey Hoffman Quality standards of practice to site teams.
Investigate, understand, and convey technical product properties and how they interact.
Must be able to interpret and implement proper installations in compliance with all local authority permitting, codes, and site specifications.
Facilitate contractor activity ensuring performance to all contractual agreements.
Assist with management project staffing.
Provide clear communication, verbally, written, and electronically.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Salary Range $110,000.00 - $140,000.00
Qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
Professional Experience and Education
Minimum 5 years' construction and/or building design experience in one or more of the following categories preferred: on-site construction management; structural, mechanical, electrical, or architectural design (no license required).
Proven experience managing concurrent scopes involving structural steel, large-scaled MEP systems, generator yards, duct banks, and underground and overhead utilities is preferred.
OSHA 30 Certification.
High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor of science in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, construction management or equivalent degree and/or equivalent craft level work experience.

A strong commitment to safety compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific requirements.

Position Summary:
Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site BIM Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of a large-scale, industrial manufacturing facility construction project. Reporting to the BIM Manager, the BIM Coordinator role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, They will work closely with project-level management team members as well as with Hoffman's IT Team regarding BIM process standards, technology support, and training. This role will provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members to optimize Navisworks features and follow project modeling and coordination standards. This position will be fully at the project site near Queen Creek, Arizona.
Essential Responsibilities:
Be a technical advisor in the onsite field office.
Participate in BIM set-up, standards, and coordination process for projects.
Establish early standards for data exchange with the project team to optimize use of BIM for scheduling, quantity take-off, estimating, and other functions during all stages of the project.
Participate in technological collaboration between project team members, clients, design team members, builders, consultants, subcontractors, and others.
Coordinate and manage model families and initiate coordination efforts using Navisworks Manage.
Facilitate the exchange and coordination of the 3D model with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
Possess a general understanding of Newforma Konekt to support effective collaboration, issue tracking, and project coordination across teams.

Required Qualifications:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $190,000.00 - 265,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
