Requirements: Must be comfortable with physical work including lifting, twisting and turning, lifting and stacking. Able to stay on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts Available: Openings available on all shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts rotate weekly working 6:55am - 2:55pm on 1st and 2:55pm - 10:55pm on 2nd. 3rd shift works 10:55p-6:55a. May be required to work up to 12 hours a day and Saturday or Sunday for a maximum of 60 hours per week. Liaison with finance department to ensure proper invoicing and crediting of customer accounts, promotional programs and/or pricing discrepancies. Be the voice of the customer for strategic planning and innovation development. Route reports of quality defects to appropriate divisions and provide customer appropriate remediation solutions. Preferred skills and experiences Ability to comprehend blueprints and schematics relating to tooling, equipment, and fixtures. Working knowledge of tool room equipment, including but not limited to: Bridgeport mills, lathes, grinders and other ancillary equipment. Knowledge of metal heat-treating a plus. Math competency in basic algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Understanding of tool steel selection process and application. Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
