Leaving this company is the best pro!
Everything you can imagine is a con.
Nothing because you don't get any perks or bonuses with Hogan
Micromanagement all the way! Management is unreal and unseen. Literally, you never see or talk to upper management.
Shut them down for good. They don't care about you or your family. Only want you to live in their filthy disgusting and junkyard trucks. You won't get to see your family much at all.

You don't receive any perks / benefits from Hogan Transportation.
Absolutely nothing good to say about any of the management team whatsoever.
I would improve Hogan by completely closing the doors because these people don't know how to run a business and treat employees the right way!

Hogan transportation does not compensate their drivers or their mechanics fairly. They are well below the standard pay in the industry.

I got disabled by this company in 2016 which put me on permanent disability and they would not even let me have comp plus I had to go all the way to M.O. to fight for the comp they never intended on giving me STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT DRIVERS
