Review payment vouchers, manning reports, payroll certifications, and other labor documentation from the contractor. Chair project progress meetings and distribute meeting minutes. Ensure site safety, permit compliance, and coordination with adjacent projects. Monitor contractor compliance with safety and health plans as well as quality assurance requirements. Work with the contractor to minimize disruptions to the public. Log and coordinate with designers to respond to contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings. Prepare punch lists with the owner upon project completion. Solve complex challenges relating to project schedules and budgets. Oversee project personnel, timesheets, leave, and general team management. Conduct cost-to-complete analyses. Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling software to support project management functions.
