Primary responsibilities include:
* Safe and effective setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.
* Know how and where to find process specifications and procedures and adhere to them.
* Demonstrate and insist upon accuracy in all reporting measure product quality, mobile equipment operation, product inspection, product packaging, scrap material reclamation.
* Maintain a skill level of the operation and a knowledge on equipment operation and product quality that allow for the assisting of setting up all aspects of the operation during start ups and change overs
