We are seeking a Shuttle Driver who will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from KCI International Airport and other locations within a 5-mile radius of Holiday Inn KCI and Atwell Suites KCI in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Hotel vans/equipment, ensuring all are clean, safe to operate, and meet local, state, and federal requirements.
Keep equipment/vehicles fueled and ready to go at all times.
Maintain maintenance logs and driving logs as required by the state.
Obtain and keep a valid Class E license as required by the State of Missouri for the transportation of guests in Holiday Inn KCI vehicles.
Follow all Hotel safety policies and procedures, and adhere to the Company Vehicles Policy at all times.

Lead by example; encourage co-workers to always perform at the highest levels.
Ask for feedback from supervisors and provide feedback as needed; be open and willing to take directions and/or make changes to job performance as needed.
Engage guests at all opportunities to build a level of comfort between the guest and our property, instilling a Home Away From Home comfort during their stay.
Understand and respond to customers needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
