Key Responsibilities:
Greets each customer with a smile
Assists guests with loading golf bags into the shuttle safely and securely

Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers
Complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements governing, including Department of Transportation
Keeps all areas of shuttle clean (including shuttle interior and windows)
Complies with all uniform and appearance guidelines
Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:
High school education or equivalent
Previous driver and/or customer service experience
Good driving record as reported by the Department of Transportation is essential
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Successful completion of ShuttleDriver Training
A solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to promptly follow directions from management and co-workers
Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers

Break down toolboxes and related items and load the hauler following a race/test in preparation for departure.
Drives the company vehicle transporting company property safely to events and tests across the country.
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods.
Safely secure cargo for transport.
Provides support to teams at the track as needed.
Maintain driver logs of working hours, as well as perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Manage transporter in emergency situations, including but not limited to flat tires, mechanical failures, etc.
Report accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles to supervisor as soon as possible.
Collaborate with other drivers as part of a driving team on some trips.
Manage petty cash and bank receipts related to work travel.
Responsible for ensuring transporter falls within DOT standards for service and compliance.
Responsible for complying with all laws and regulations relating to operating commercial motor

You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
