Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We're hiring a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Generalist I to join our HR team. If you're excited to grow, learn, and make an impact, this is a great opportunity. In this role, you'll support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and other day-to-day HR operations that keep our employees supported and our team running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Support full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with benefits enrollment and benefits-related communications
Support employee engagement activities and company events
Help maintain compliance through training assignments, documentation, and policy updates
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
Assist HR leadership with investigations by collecting information
Contribute to continuous HR process improvements
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent experience
SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
1-2 years of HR or office experience preferred
Working knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a bonus
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support team success
Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)

What You'll Do
As the Director/Manager of Marketing, you will:
Lead and develop a talented marketing team.

Oversee digital, print, in-store, and social media marketing efforts.
Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Merchandising to align marketing with business needs.
Analyze customer trends, market data, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities.

Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred but not required).
At least 3 years of senior-level marketing experience; role level (Director or Manager) based on experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making.
Retail or C-Store industry experience preferred.
