Salary Range: $29.00-$31.00 per hour. The Development Intern is responsible for supporting the development team by completing various assigned projects, tasks, research, and financial analysis in accordance with Holland Partner Group's Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Perform financial analysis for development projects as requested.
* Assist with project due diligence and help evaluate the property and its development potential.
* Assist with the identification of risk during project due diligence.
* Assist with market analysis of demographics, market demand, and competition.
* Assist in the preparation of project proformas and detailed budgets.
* Assemble financing packages and information as requested.
* Assist with preparation and coordination of collateral materials.
* Assist with project reporting tasks for specified projects.
* Coordinate and collaborate with Holland Construction team on assigned projects.
* Participate in project positioning, branding, and product development discussions.
* Participate in discussions regard project floor plans, amenities and design elements.
* Prepare reports, schedules, and budget updates as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree, or current enrollment a Bachelor's Degree program, in real estate, business, architecture, economics, finance or related field required.
Experience: One year of related experience in real estate development, construction administration or real estate related business is desired.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Transwestern Trailblazer Internship Program, the Brokerage Summer Intern will participate in a comprehensive 8-week internship program designed to incorporate all facets of commercial real estate, alongside a talented group of professionals. The summer intern will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of the summer. The goal of the summer internship program is to provide a strong foundation to accelerate the intern's commercial real estate career.
This internship is designed for rising seniors, working towards a bachelor's degree with emphasis in real estate, business management or related field. This is a full-time, in-person internship based in Denver, CO. Relocation assistance and housing are not provided.
This internship offers the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Exposure to each line of business, including agency leasing, development, investment services, property and facility management and tenant advisory services.
Work on a combination of individual and group projects.
Participate in coursework, including research and leasing classes.
Assist with senior level brokerage services/real estate professionals in developing relationships and serving the needs of clients.
Learn how to canvass an office submarket.
Learn how to use CoStar & LoopNet.
Create property analysis, edit proposals and RFPs, and client presentations.
Research tenants and landlords for specific submarkets.
Participate in team meetings.
Utilize company systems to conduct research and clean-up projects.
Attend commercial real estate industry events.
Assist with departmental filing and tracking systems.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This is a full-time, in-person internship
Rising Senior, working towards a bachelor's degree with emphasis in real estate, business management or related field.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0
Internship experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus but not necessary.
Demonstrate financial analytical and quantitative skill.

Summary
Over the course of an 11-week program, Interns will be based at a community in their market. The Interns will receive hands-on training for a variety of property management functions (leasing, customer service, budgeting, market pricing, financial forecasting, and community maintenance). Interns will create, prepare, and present a project that addresses a specific business need at the conclusion of the program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with community teams to answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
Shadow leasing consultants and learn how to show apartments to prospective residents
Prepare and organize materials for move-ins and move-outs
Develop and present a capstone project that addresses a real business need and provides actionable recommendations
Handle day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, preparing for tours and move-ins, and other leasing responsibilities
Complete additional operations and philanthropy projects
Assist with apartment management operations by working alongside all on-site associates
Travel to communities of various sizes to allow for additional development
May be assigned leadership opportunities for tasks and projects
Manage time effectively between on-site responsibilities, projects, and program-related meetings
Learn and utilize multiple online platforms and software tools used in leasing and property management
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (June through early August), including weekends
Availability to attend onboarding training the first week of June
Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Education and Experience

Strong ability to communicate effectively with others

Job Description
RESPEC, a nationally recognized engineering consulting company seeks a Student Engineering Intern looking to grow their knowledge and experience in water resources. This position involves work tasks that support planning, designing, and constructing various water resources engineering projects. These projects may include work in the fields of stormwater, water and wastewater, and regulatory compliance. Interdisciplinary work with environmental science staff is also anticipated. Additional responsibilities may include:
Hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, calculations, and design
Preparation of reports, figures, and technical documents
Computer-aided design/drafting (AutoCAD)
GIS analysis
Field work and construction oversight
Client meetings/ interaction.
Qualifications

Required:
The successful candidate must be working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Water Resource Engineering. If you are a junior or senior or a recent graduate (within 1 year) you are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge/experience/course work in AutoCAD (or similar software) and/or GIS.
The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be capable of field work.
Preferred:
The candidate should have strong computer skills, especially in using spreadsheets.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Temporary full-time position, 40 hours per week, during the Summer 2026 break.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise plus statutory insurance requirements. The typical salary range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour.
