Originating in Odessa, Texas, Holloman was founded in 1960 as a construction company.
In 1998 Holloman diversified and expanded the company’s scope of work with municipal water and sewer utility projects throughout Texas.
In 2002, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was formed and the company was purchased from Sam Holloman.
The company’s success in high consequence and urban areas promoted our expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2003.
Holloman Engineering LLC was created and shortly thereafter in 2004, the acquisition of L&P Pipeline and Construction of Ganado, Texas followed.
In 2007 Holloman moved its headquarters and corporate offices to Houston, Texas and maintain area construction offices in Odessa, Dallas-Fort Worth, Pearsall, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania.
In 2014 Holloman was awarded its first project to engineer and construct a harp style slug catcher system.
Three years later, in 2017, Holloman Engineered Products was formed in response to continued successes and industry interest in its slug catcher business segment.
As of the close of 2019, Holloman Engineered Products is recognized as a leading vendor and constructor of slug catcher systems.
Holloman is committed to the sustainable growth of the Tank Services Division in both repair services and new tank construction in 2020.
