Mr. Ortell joined the Holman family of companies in 1986 as an internal auditor, transferring to ARI in 1987. In his time with ARI, he served in multiple operational and financial positions with increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer, eventually serving as president of the company from 2010-2015. Mr. Ortell led the company through turbulent economic times while continuing to grow the business, expanding to new global markets, and most notably, building on the culture of learning and employee development that put ARI on FORTUNE's ''100 Best Companies to Work For'' list. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University.

Laura Carlisle is a Chief Financial Officer at Kuni Automotive and Chief Financial Officer at Holman Automotive Group and is based in Vancouver, Washington. She has worked as Chief Financial Officer (2009-2016), VP of Admin(2007), Regional Controller(2000), Controller(1994) at Kuni Automotive, A Holman Enterprise and Senior Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). Laura studied at Texas Christian University between 1988 and 1991 and Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business between 1988 and 1991.

Mr. Cariss has been with the Company since 1984, beginning his career at ARI. He has worked in various management capacities in retail operations since 1996. He is currently responsible for the integration of the Holman-Kuni transaction. Once the transaction is completed, he will focus on identifying future investment opportunities across all Holman business segments. Mr. Cariss received a B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah College and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Bates' career began with ARI in 1989 when he initially completed an internship as a service writer at Holman Ford. He went on to complete an internship as an ASE-certified service technician in ARI's Call Center. Upon graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Economics in 1991, he joined ARI full time as a financial analyst in the accounting department and went on to serve in several management positions within ARI and Holman, including CFO. Appointed to COO in 2015, Brian is responsible for identifying potential synergies among Holman's operating companies and implementing operational efficiencies across the various areas of business. As CFO, he is responsible for the global financial operations for all of Holman's operating companies. This includes ARI, Auto Truck Group, Holman Parts Distribution and Holman's retail operations.
