Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Vice President- Regional Sales Operations.
Primary Tasks:
Execute a strategic plan for the automotive business within the assigned region aligning with the overall company objectives. Provide vision to General Managers to achieve business goals and objectives.
Monitor, evaluate and develop the performance of the General Management staff and their subsequent leadership teams by ensuring they meet or exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction targets.
Provide training, support and guidance to General Managers as well as local leadership by promoting and inspiring a culture of mentorship, guidance and support.
Confers with General Managers to review activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
Ensure steadfast compliance with organizational policies and goals throughout the region by staying current with local, regional and national requirements that impact business operations.
Collaborate cross functionally with central services in order to identify and implement strategic continuous improvement and company initiatives.
Ensure achievement of manufacturer benchmarks by managing and further understanding the specific requirements set forth by each OEM regionally.
Act as a cross functional liaison with all manufacturers in the region; work with factory representatives to achieve factory objectives.
Communicate with central services regularly to ensure strong partnership, support, and alignment with companywide initiatives.
Directs and coordinates promotion of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities and challenges, implementing corrective action when needed.
Analyzes department budgets to identify areas in which profit opportunities can be maximized or cost can be minimized, and operating budget can be achieved.
Manage and oversee the needs of each facility in the region in partnership with the facilities team.
Act as the regional executive leader by successfully mitigating customer escalation though effective communication and follow through.
Ensure operational excellence by overseeing day to day business operations within the region, ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide performance updates to the senior leadership team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align regional activities with company-wide objectives.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred but not required.
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
10+ years' experience at a management level within a retail dealership or automotive industry; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
Has extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician to perform site surveys and telecommunications installations for MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) properties. Site surveys will require accessing MDUs and documenting information about the building that will determine build requirements. The installations will involve mounting rooftop radio antennas, running Ethernet and coax cables, and installing and turning up telecommunications equipment at various MDU locations. Safety training will be provided and required for the job.
This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work on exciting, hands-on projects that bring cutting-edge connectivity solutions to communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed site surveys to access building physical layout, condition, cable type and line of site from MDU to serving wireless donor (tower or building).
Evaluate structural integrity and suitability for installing telecommunications equipment and associated cabling.
Collect and document all survey information for communication and direction with engineering team.
Ensure all materials and tools are inventoried and prepared for each installation job.
Installation of wireless radio equipment on roof tops along with associated cabling will be required. Access will be with ladders, mechanical lifts, or via roof top hatches or doors depending on the MDU type.
Installation of telecommunications equipment inside MDU communications rooms may require wall mounted backboards as well as wall mounted equipment and associated cabling.
Use of construction tools such as ladders, saws, drills, cable crimpers, and other hand tools will be required as well as use of a company provided laptop computer and signal testing devices.
After the installation of all equipment and cabling, antenna alignment and signal testing will be required with test equipment and laptop computer.
Prepare and submit comprehensive job reports.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during on-site activities.
Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with property managers, tenants, and internal teams.
This position requires daily travel to the job sites with a company-provided vehicle.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field installation, operations, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Previous construction experience and electrical apprentice experience is highly desired.
Knowledge of fixed wireless and cable technologies is a plus.
Experience with site survey tools, cable installation tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret building schematics and architectural drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Must be able to use laptop computer with MS office tools.

Qualifications:

* Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software.
