Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in requirements gathering and test strategy and planning. Create, review and execute test cases efficiently.
Define test data.
Ensure that the product change meets the specification or customer expectation. Communicate and track any defects or differences in function between the program and the spec or customer expectation.
Provide timely, clear and concise feedback regarding the quality results to the stake holders. Follow-up on assigned tasks for self and project team members, keep correspondence informative and timely.
Test status reporting.
Develop, as able, automated tests, execute and review automation results.
Suggest quality improvements in the development cycle.
Mentor QA testers.
Be the subject matter expert for the product or project assigned. Train other tester/analysts in product features, functions and department processes.
Relevant Work Experience:
Four years' experience in IT QA.
Solid proficiency of testing tools: Azure DevOps (2+ yrs experience)
SQL expertise (2+ yrs)
Solid proficiency with automation tools and architecture (Tosca) (2+ yrs)
Data integrity testing using SQL (1+ yrs)
Solid proficiency with Web services testing (2+ yrs)
Managed test case coverage for a product or project
Testing proficiency in multiple SDLC's (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience directing, mentoring others in QA team (1+ yrs)
Understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression and Default/error testing (2+ yrs)
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA functional testing (GL, AP, PO)
Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca
Understanding of Financial business processes
Proficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori applications, and test data validation
Experience with AccelQ and Playwright is preferred
Cloud ALM experience is a plus
Education and/or Training:
BS/BA degree preferred.
Analyze testing capacity, risk assessment, test data design
Led a change in QA processes and practices
Willingness to learn, to work independently or in a team.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to maintain a good working relationship with everyone.

What You'll Do:
Build & Launch a New Role: Help develop and establish the new in-store BDC Consultant role across our North Carolina store footprint.

Develop & Execute Best Practices: Create and implement process standards that ensure consistency, excellence, and measurable results across all stores.

Promote Digital Retail Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the BDC team during regular in-store visits.

Represent Cross-Functional Teams: Support other BDC areas when needed during in-store visits.

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience, preferably in BDC, automotive retail, or digital sales environments

Education/Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related work experience
3 - 5+ years' automotive retail experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.
Automotive lead management in dealership operations
Managing a virtual team preferred
Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. Regularly assess existing cloud architectures for optimization, cost savings, and performance.

Governance & Documentation
Maintain accurate Azure asset inventories and system baselines.
Define corporate Azure standards and track KPIs (performance, availability, cost).
Keep documentation current in a central repository.
Strategic Involvement
Participate in strategic planning, roadmap creation, and budgeting for cloud services.
Support after-hours operations as part of an on-call rotation.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) required.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 and AZ-304) a plus.
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
Expert knowledge of native Azure cloud services as well as virtualization and container concepts and technologies.
Advanced proficiency with scripting languages (e.g,. PowerShell, Python) as well as automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.
Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.

Pay:

What will you do?
Our VW Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.

Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
