Primary Responsibilities: Our Service Porter is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. What will you be doing? Prepare and process retail, lease, dealer trade, wholesale, and out‑of‑state tag and title documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with titling requirements. Process titling documents through the electronic vehicle registration (EVR) system or through DMV offices, based on state requirements. Post all titling transactions and monitor all related schedules for accuracy and timeliness. Prepare checks as needed for title work and customer refunds. Maintain daily deal tracking and daily title issue tracking, resolving discrepancies promptly. Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including responding to incoming communications such as email.
