Principal Purpose of Position:
Partners with Holman Growth Ventures on specific strategic initiatives and investment transactions, including Corporate Venture Capital work.

Identifies and mitigates material risk, and supports enterprise risk management activities.
Establishes and develops relationships with outside counsel, including global legal relationships established by Senior Vice President & General Counsel.
Assists the Vice President & General Counsel on other matters, when requested.
Education and/or Training:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited university
Passed the bar exam in at least one state (If not admitted in NJ, will secure Mandatory NJ Inhouse License)
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum four to six years' work experience in a law firm environment, preferably a 250+ lawyer firm, preferably handling a variety of business and transactional matters, including M&A, financings, joint ventures, investment transactions and complex commercial contracts.
Work experience (four to six years') in an inhouse counsel position (preferably a B2B contract services provider), or serving as external counsel to start-ups and emerging businesses, also desired.
Work experience should include contracts and commercial matters, drafting / negotiating client services contracts (SaaS ideal), contract compliance and client retention activities, inhouse transactional (e.g. M&A, joint ventures), litigation management, counseling and compliance matters. IP and software / other licensing a plus. Bankruptcy and secured transactions work, or if none, an interest in learning bankruptcy and secured transactions is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, legal research, and writing skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and must be a fast and accurate typist.

The Project Lead, EV will play a key role in advancing Holman's EV strategy by supporting the deployment of initiatives that expand our EV solutions for customers. Support strategies that bring Electrification as a Service to market
Engage with new OEM's to facilitate the integration of specifications and ordering processes

Engage with clients and prospects to uncover needs, challenges or goals related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Map out client project objectives and deliverables, and establish timeline for project completion.
This role, while focused on the North American market should ensure connections to UK, Germany and Mexico for learning, insights, etc and overall connectivity within the business.

What will you do?
As part of our sales team, you will handle both new and pre-owned sales deals, maximizing finance income and product sales. F&I Consultant are also responsible for:
Submitting applications for approval, contracting financial deals, accepting lease terminations and leasing new vehicles.
Responsible for securing financing for New and Used car sales while attempting to convert cash customers to finance and lease.
Ability to sell benefits of extended warranties, credit insurance, anti-theft devices and vehicle appearance protection.
Interact with customers and sales personnel with respect to finance and leasing arrangements.
Coordinating and arranging F&I Activities for customers and informing the accounting office of those arrangements.
To ensure that all transactions are handled in an ethical manner and expeditious manner to guarantee the quickest funding available.
Must maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating our mission and values during the finance process
What are we looking for?
2-5 years of experience in a dealership F&I Department and Sales experience
