As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet every guestthat enters our facility with hospitality and respect
Present the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
Manage the stores workflow in an effective and efficient manner
Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customer
Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
Shuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicle
Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
Work together as a team andassist other employees as needed

Current drivers licenses
Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier

Physical Requirements:
Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday Friday, 7am 6pm
Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.

Job Purpose
The Technical Service Advisor I role will work as a member of the Tools & Equipment Team to provide first class, professional technical service/support to the BG Distributor network. Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to company policies and present a professional, positive attitude at all times.
Assess and resolve distributor inquiries, requests and complaints, primarily by phone/email, to ensure that the majority of customer inquiries are resolved at the first, or earliest thereafter, point of contact.
Assist with research and development of new services and or tools/equipment.
Understand, executes and effectively writes automotive service related procedures.
Assists training groups of internal and external automotive professionals in classroom or shop/dealership environments.
Strong automotive knowledge to write service and tools/equipment bulletins.
Exercise intermediate judgment in making decisions within established written procedures for each service request, which may include logging data requests, gathering data from multiple department sources, tracking progress in database format and reporting back in a timely fashion to resolve issue.
Maintain electronic and/or written databases of letters, forms, technical advice, information given, services requested and complaints made to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with distributors.
Encourage/solicit feedback on services provided and recognize the changing needs of service opportunities by making recommendations for improvements to Tools & Equipment group.
Strong automotive personal knowledge gained from training, day to day contacts, accessing databases and integrated systems will be critical to the success of this role primarily with design/function of various automotive systems (engine, power-train, tools, services and equipment).
Available and assists with field training, tradeshows, conventions, R&D projects, etc.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree or advanced technical training is preferred.

Service Department Dispatcher - We are currently seeking a full time Service Dispatcher for our rapidly expanding dealership group! This is the perfect entry level position for individuals looking to get a "foot in the door" in the automotive industry!
JOB DUTIES:
Maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization.
Dispatch all incoming Repair Orders to the appropriate Technicians.
Write various internal Repair Orders (such as PDI's).
Outbound calls to retrieve prepaid maintenance authorizations .
Documenting CCR's on Repair Orders and deliver finished Repair Orders back to the Service Advisors.
Coordinating work with team members and management.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervising manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: While no experience is necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Other requirements include:
18 years of age or older.
General familiarity with a variety of automobiles.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills.
Pre-employment background check and drug test.

The Service Dispatcher Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $12.00.
