Ever since our start in 1924, giving back to the community has been part of our company’s philosophy.
Holman Automotive opened its doors in 1924 when Steward C. Holman signed a contract with Ford Motor Company to become the area dealer in Merchantville, New Jersey.
In 1946 the company began remanufacturing Ford engines and transmissions.
In 1947, the Holman partnership with Ford Motor Company continued when Ford asked Holman to organize a leasing and rental subsidiary to supply the RCA service fleet.
