The National Account Manager, Anatomic Pathology & Cytology serves as the key account manager for Hologic's anatomic pathology and cytology portfolio, including Genius Digital Diagnostics, across a National Laboratory network. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner for the customer's anatomic pathology and cytology leadership teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across national, regional, and site-level operations.
Partner with the Director, National Labs to define and execute strategic initiatives that align with the customer's long-term diagnostic goals.
Represent Hologic's full cytology and digital diagnostics portfolio, ensuring consistent value delivery and alignment with the customer's business priorities.
Commercial & Portfolio Growth
Drive implementation, adoption and utilization of Genius Digital Diagnostics and Hologic's cytology solutions.
Identify and execute opportunities for growth within the anatomic pathology and cytology segments.
Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development to support new product introductions, market expansion efforts, and commercial initiatives.
Contribute to business reviews, pipeline planning, and account forecasting to achieve revenue and adoption goals.
Operational & Launch Execution
Lead cross-functional coordination for the rollout and integration of new products and workflow enhancements within the customer's anatomic pathology network.
Collaborate with Hologic's Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure operational readiness, training, and smooth implementation.
Monitor KPIs related to throughput, turnaround time, and diagnostic efficiency; proactively address barriers to success.
Support process improvements that enhance overall lab efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Voice of Customer & Partnership Development
Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and translating it into actionable insights for Hologic's internal teams.
Provide structured VOC summaries to guide product development, service strategy, and partnership roadmaps.
Participate in advisory boards, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with customer leadership.
Foster a collaborative partnership culture that emphasizes transparency, innovation, and mutual success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare administration.
7+ years of experience (inclusive of technical experience) in diagnostics, laboratory operations, or MedTech account management.
Strong understanding of cytology, anatomic pathology, and digital diagnostics workflows.
Demonstrated success in managing (or working with) enterprise or national accounts within healthcare or reference laboratory environments.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across multiple levels of leadership.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across functional teams.
Travel up to 50-60% monthly is required.

The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. As the Clinical Account Manager (CAM) here at Hologic, you will be responsible for supporting driving growth in a geographically defined territory for the Breast and Skeletal Health Solution Division's biopsy products and services. What We Expect:
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in clinical sales or working in a clinical environment required.
3+ years of experience in clinical radiology/imaging/mammography, medical sales, or a related clinical field preferred.

The AccountExecutive is responsible for driving revenue growth, new account acquisition, and adoption of Diasorin's non-acute Point-of-Care (POC) portfolio across a defined territory. Job Scope
The AccountExecutive is responsible for driving revenue growth, new account acquisition, and adoption of Diasorin's non-acute Point-of-Care (POC) portfolio across a defined territory. The role operates in a hybrid sales model, selling through distribution partners while directly engaging and influencing clinical end-users in physician office labs (POLs), urgent care, retail health, and pharmacy settings. The NSAM is also responsible for providing account management support to Nephrology accounts within a specific geography.
Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by commercial leadership.
Promotes KRYSTEXXA within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner that is consistent with industry specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines.
Develops strong customer relationships by better understanding the customer's needs and goals and communicating those needs and goals to other Amgen team members.
Serves as a resource/consultant to customers and Amgen staff regarding local, regional and national payer policies, reimbursement regulations and processes (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, prior-authorization, billing, coding, claims, and appeals/denials), Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations, and OSHA and HIPAA compliance as related to Amgen products.

* Provides expert product knowledge with regard to surgical and refractive techniques, technical product support, in-service programs and innovative educational programs. Prepares and provides detailed sales/procedural/financial presentations to new and existing customers.
* Leverages and effectively utilizes all other Johnson & Johnson's resources and sales personnel and strategic partners to enhance field productivity. This includes integration of the Phaco in-service, innovative educational programs and CORE.
* Utilizes Customer Resource Management System and computer hardware/software to enhance productivity. Prepares and submits on a timely basis all reports requested by management and marketing through use of email.
* Effectively manages Johnson & Johnson's field assets to include IOL consignments (achieve target consignment ratios), product samples (within assigned budget), surgical instruments, Phaco demonstration equipment/accessories and computer hardware/software.
Position Accountability / Scope
* Reports directly to the District Manager (DM) or Senior District Manager (SDM) assigned to that territory. Has responsibility of hitting an established quota set for that territory for all disposable, capital, and other surgical and non-surgical products. Must manage a budget for Travel and Expenses as well as manage a budget for the territory. All other consigned lenses, trunk stock, literature, and surgical equipment will be the responsibility of the AE to manage the assets appropriately. The AE will be expected to call on all Ophthalmologists and staff within the assigned territory to grow the market share of that area, as well as to maintain the current base of business.
* Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team and support company goals and sales objectives.
* 35%- 40%-overnight travel.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or 7 years of relevant experience as it relates to the role.
* 3 years of professional selling experience is required.
* Surgical O.R. experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team and support company goals and sales objectives.
* The ability to travel, which may include overnight / weekend travel is required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000-$147,000.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
