We prioritize work-life balance, and these positions have salaries in the 90+ percentile of the MGMA for part-time work. This is an employed position and NOT LOCUMS. Full-time position with 14-18 days of protected TIME OFF PER MONTH.
The position is designed as a shift coverage model - protecting your time off. The position would require coverage of general Urology clinic, procedures, and hospital call. Position has APP support in place.

General Summary:
The Nuclear Med Tech performs nuclear medicine procedures, schedule procedures, and be able to initiate new procedures. The Nuclear Medicine Tech must demonstrate thorough knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology, as well as image quality. This position must be able to communicate to patients the nature of the exam and relieve their anxiety. The Nuclear Med Tech must demonstrate an understanding of patient positioning, imaging technique, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control, and quality control techniques.
Main Responsibilities:
• Orders all radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the RAM proper voltage, current and desired exposure tie as dictated by physician
• Explains testing procedures to patient
• Administers therapeutic amounts of radiopharmaceuticals
• Monitors the patient's condition before and after scan to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintains records of receipt administration and disposal of Radiopharmaceuticals

The Pediatric Office Nurse is responsible for providing quality, compassionate patient care in the clinic setting consistent with Holston Medical Group's quality practice standards, polices, procedures and customer service expectations. Main Responsibilities:

Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to personnel and patient PHI (Protected Health Information)
Enroll patients in my HMG as directed.
Must fulfill required shifts to provide coverage for After-hours/weekend Peds Clinic.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
High School diploma or equivalent required

General Summary:
The Front Office I provides the first point of contact with patients as they enter the office or via telephone. • Open safe, remove and distribute prescription pads, drug cabinet keys and embossers to nurses
• Count money in opening drawer and log amount

Check-In Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, vendors, or anyone within the office or on the telephone with a warm welcome

General Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
• Use patient first values in assisting patients with needs
• Greet patients with compassion and a friendly face
• Accurately assess and record patient vital signs in electronic database
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Serve as a Health Educator as directed in the Patient-Centered Medical Home Health Care Delivery Model
• Obtain prior authorizations and pre-certifications as needed for patients having procedures or tests

• Sterilize medical instruments as needed
