The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, directing, monitoring service work and ensuring a high-level Legendary Customer Service outcome for our customers.

Essential Functions:
• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
• Coordinates the daily work in progress to meet department goals through prioritization of work and appropriate scheduling of resources
• Requires accurate data entry of daily labor hours to ensure timely work order and payroll processing
• Communicates with customers, coordinators, and sales representatives daily regarding scheduling, quoting, and repairing of equipment
• Ensures that customers' expectations regarding communication, information and updates are met and/or exceeded
• Collaborates with key parts and service employees to ensure the flow of information and processes are all focused on delivering Legendary Customer Service
• Coordinates and follow up to ensure that customer service delivery expectation including completion deadlines, job costs, quality of service and invoicing
• Track machines coming in/out of service and Condition Monitoring systems service history of machines information on and communicates findings (e.g. Oil sample results, codes, service letters/updates that CAT puts out).
• Provides quotes of all service work to be performed in Part and Service Quoter (PSQ), unless previously quoted by the Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) and approved by customer
• Maintains consistent, accurate and timely coordination of information/paperwork/upload photos in communicating the flow of work and ensures that department operates efficiently
• Processes customer payments via check, credit card, CAT access and apply to job in Dealer Business System (DBS)
• Generates all purchase orders and validates timely entry into work orders in DBS systems
• Coordinates with Supervisor(s) on opening and closing work orders on a daily basis
• Maintains department daily and monthly reports
• Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
• Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

Ensures accurate process is followed for CAT Commercial in store credit card sales, authorizations and credits
Schedules delivery and pick-up of inventory to maintain appropriate work tool stocking levels by transferring from supply hubs
Serves as process owner of Product Health Loaners via Monday.com; responsibilities entails being the liaison with CAT support representatives, sales management and internal parts and service departments to ensure maximum reimbursement
Issues and receives vendor purchase orders through CODA
Responsible for answering incoming customer calls via RingCentral, inputting leads in Texada and transferring requests to other departments
Maintains and supports the Retail Customer Experience program to include machine staging, signage and handling walk-in customer visits
Serves as primary contact for all sales and rental asset prioritization through service departments via Monday.com; requires a strong ability to communicate and influence requests to support our customers equipment availability needs
Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Performs other related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of construction equipment sales industry

This position is responsible for performing quality routine preventive maintenance service work on power generation, switchgear, and uninterrupted power source (UPS) systems in order to satisfy customer needs. This position is also responsible for completing all necessary forms and documentation associated with Customer Service Agreements (CSA) in an accurate and timely manner. The location would be out of the Pflugerville/Austin area.
Experience is highly desired, A good driving history is required.
Essential Functions:
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision
Performs minor troubleshooting and minimal diagnoses of equipment malfunctions and failures
Performs lubrication and periodic maintenance service work on power generation equipment located in the field
Tests, make adjustments and verifies proper operation of all repairs and adjustments
Prepares and completes all job-related documents, writes service reports, orders parts, and maintains clear customer records; in addition, accesses databases required to complete the job
Operates equipment and vehicles with possession of all necessary licenses and certificates
Maintains service vehicle inspection records, daily inspections, and driver logs as required by the Department of Transportation
Maintains all company equipment, tools, and the vehicle in a good, clean, and working order
Communicates job progress to supervisor and customer as needed
Works overtime as required by workload and customers' needs
Completes all assigned Technician Training Path courses and safety training in a timely and proficient manner
Projects professionalism with both internal and external customers, including personal appearance; may be relied upon to act as a mentor to lower level Technicians
Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
May be required to be on-call

Qualifications
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
At least 3 years of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of Electrical Power and Generator experience required.
Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and employees in a professional manner.
Must be able to be on-call to respond to customers' needs.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a safe driving history
Commercial driver's license - highly desired
Must have their own tools.
Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Education:

Technical school diploma/certificate
