Job Description
This position is responsible for performing quality routine preventive maintenance service work on power generation, switchgear, and uninterrupted power source (UPS) systems in order to satisfy customer needs. This position is also responsible for completing all necessary forms and documentation associated with Customer Service Agreements (CSA) in an accurate and timely manner. The location would be out of the Pflugerville/Austin area.
Experience is highly desired, A good driving history is required.
Essential Functions:
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision
Performs minor troubleshooting and minimal diagnoses of equipment malfunctions and failures
Performs lubrication and periodic maintenance service work on power generation equipment located in the field
Tests, make adjustments and verifies proper operation of all repairs and adjustments
Prepares and completes all job-related documents, writes service reports, orders parts, and maintains clear customer records; in addition, accesses databases required to complete the job
Operates equipment and vehicles with possession of all necessary licenses and certificates
Maintains service vehicle inspection records, daily inspections, and driver logs as required by the Department of Transportation
Maintains all company equipment, tools, and the vehicle in a good, clean, and working order
Communicates job progress to supervisor and customer as needed
Works overtime as required by workload and customers' needs
Completes all assigned Technician Training Path courses and safety training in a timely and proficient manner
Projects professionalism with both internal and external customers, including personal appearance; may be relied upon to act as a mentor to lower level Technicians
Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
May be required to be on-call
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
At least 3 years of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of Electrical Power and Generator experience required.
Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and employees in a professional manner.
Must be able to be on-call to respond to customers' needs.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a safe driving history
Commercial driver's license - highly desired
Must have their own tools.
Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical school diploma/certificate
Travel:
This position will require some local travel

Using hand tools to perform maintenance on production machinery
Ensuring food safety and quality
Cleanliness and housekeeping
Responding to radio calls from other departments (production, food safety, safety, etc) for maintenance related actions
Communicating with other departments and other maintenance shifts to ensure proper pass down of maintenance related issues to the next shift
Documenting daily work assigned on paper and also in the maintenance management system (SAP)
Troubleshoot and repair complex problems on all production equipment
Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures in documenting what is issued out

Perform advanced preventative maintenance (PM's) on plant equipment
Use measuring devices accurately (metric and standard). Use multimeters, megohmmeters, and any other test equipment needed to aid in troubleshooting and repair of equipment
2 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Able to perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, climbing), work in elevated areas (4ft and above) and able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and controlling all maintenance and reliability-related activities that support production, warehousing, quality, sanitation, building maintenance, and plant design and layout activities. * Assures safe operation of boiler systems and equipment.
* Ensures compliance of air, water, sewage, or other form of pollutants per standards set by Federal, State, and Local governments.

* Supervise and direct the planning and scheduling of all work through the auditing and management of the PM and Work order modules in the CMMS software program.
* Lead the deployment of the planning and scheduling workflow to a sustainable process with stakeholder support, driving increased performance in proactive work metrics.
* Lead methods and metrics to determine and increase the reliability of components, equipment and processes.
* Develops and controls the maintenance budget that provides for optimized spending to achieve the agreed-upon capacity and asset reliability.
* Support the operations with implementation in an accident and injury-free work environment through leadership by example, modeling safe behavior, and supporting established safety initiatives, including GMP and housekeeping practices.
* Ensure maintenance and reliability standards comply with applicable regulatory and Eagle quality standards. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal food safety guidelines, GMP's and PMO requirements for facility.

* Consider the impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment; performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures.
* Prepare diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements.
* Provide expert support during the automation of processes and deployment of maintenance standards to assure compliance to regulatory and/or Eagle requirements and provide development/training.
* Plan and perform engineering research, design development, or manufacturing/process engineering assignments, including responsibility for major subsections of projects using general engineering practices influenced by the general theme of reliability principles.
* Develop and lead projects that drive profitable growth through implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, operations reliability structure design, and project development, systems and processes.
* Develop and lead maintenance replacement capital project planning and execution.
* Maintains positive relations with all associates and ensures proper training is provided to meet all technical and soft skills required of the associates.

Studies production schedules and prepares estimates of worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments. Coordinates ordering of materials as required for timely completion of projects.
Checks work of personnel assigned to insure quality standards are being met and for timely completion of assignments.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the shop, department, and work crew.
