The Growth Specialist supports HCVT's marketing and business development initiatives by assisting with the execution of service line and industry-specific growth plans. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, client and prospect communication development, sales materials development, events, within a professional services environment. Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Growth Manager, you'll help coordinate projects, prepare materials, and support initiatives that strengthen client relationships, elevate the firm's brand presence, position the firm to win new business, and drive firm growth.
