Janice Lane, LMSW, ACADCJanice Lane has been with CFI for eighteen years. In her current position as CEO she provides oversight of agency programs, general policy formulation, planning and guidance on treatment methodology. She has been a long time advocate of services for children and families and is currently focusing on disproportionality issues. Prior to her role as CEO, Lane oversaw CFI’s 18 programs as the COO, a position which she held for eight years. Lane has many years of experience in the human services field, and currently holds licenses for Licensed Master Social Worker and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She also serves on several community and state-based committees throughout the state of Iowa. Lane graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master of Arts in Rehabilitative Counseling, beginning her career at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines prior to coming to CFI
