This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to start your journey as a Pharmacist within an innovative healthcare setting. **Caregivers in this role will work varying schedules depending on their assigned area, including 6:00am-2:30pm in the Main Unit, 7:30am-4:00pm in the IV Unit, or 11:30am-8:00pm on the Swing Shift, with every 4th weekend required.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential and actual drug related issues. + Recommend formulary alternatives when appropriate. + Compound and prepare medications for delivery to patient care areas. + Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients. + Communicate with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
