Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant must always be customer focused. This will be accomplished by:
Following HOM Furniture's proven sales method.
Listening and adhering to a client's needs in terms of style, price, timeline, and other factors.
Maintaining high accuracy with writing invoices, special orders, and customer follow up.
Ensuring an exceptional experience to all who work with you.
The sales and design process doesn't end once the order is placed. It is necessary that a Sales Consultant keep their client informed with any changes that may happen in the design, manufacturing, or delivery process.
The Sales Consultant is responsible for staying informed on all new and existing product lines to provide the most up to date and accurate information for their clients.
Helping with dusting and vacuuming may be necessary to assist in the maintenance of the appearance of the sales floor.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

Position Summary:
Applied Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and field-experienced Data Center Landman to support site development, expansion, and long-term operations across the Midwest and other regions within the United States. This role supports the acquisition, management, and administration of land rights necessary for Data Center development, including surface use agreements, easements, rights-of-way, access agreements, and related property interests.
The Data Center Landman works in close coordination with internal real estate, legal, engineering, construction, energy, and operations teams to ensure land-related requirements are properly documented, negotiated, and aligned with project schedules. This position plays a critical role in minimizing land-related risk, supporting infrastructure development, and enabling Applied Digital's growth across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong land and right-of-way experience, familiarity with regional land records and title practices, and the flexibility to support projects across multiple jurisdictions as Applied Digital's footprint expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Land Rights & Agreement Support
Support the identification, negotiation, and execution of surface use agreements, easements, rights-of-way, access agreements, and temporary construction easements required for Data Center development and expansion.
Coordinate land rights activities in support of new site development and expansion of existing sites.
Maintain accurate records of land agreements, obligations, and ownership interests.
Support renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance with land agreements.
Title, Due Diligence & Records
Conduct and coordinate title research, curative activities, and land due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
Review abstracts, title commitments, surveys, and plans to identify potential risks or conflicts.
Partner with legal counsel to resolve title defects, encumbrances, or access limitations.
Maintain organized, auditable land files in alignment with internal standards.

Experience as a Landman, Right-of-Way Agent, or in a similar land-focused role.

Become part of a unique team-operated fleet with high miles and high pay! As a member of our private employee-operated fleet, you will service dedicated routes and deliver our product produced in Little Chute to our customers' plants in the United States and Canada. Our teams average 5,400 HUB miles per week and are home every weekend and holidays. This is not typical team driving. We leave on Mondays and are home every weekend for the HOS reset. Our trucks do not wait long to unload and we do not wait for back hauls. When you drive team for us the miles keep rolling. No hours of service layovers. Our drivers average 130,000 miles per year. · We are looking for a set team (husband/wife, father/son, etc.). We are also looking for a driver to be part of our team pool.
Compensation
Starting $.88 per mile (teams evenly split miles and miles paid off hub). Example: our teams average 5,400 miles per week times $.88 equals $4,752 divided by 2 equals $2,376 per driver per week paid weekly. Stop/drop pay is $20 per driver for each stop/drop. Our teams average 8 stops/drops per week which is $160 per driver per week
