I was excited to start working g here .it started ok. They said one thing in their job posting and changed it after i started. So much drama Horrible training experience. The computer programs used are antiquated and not user friendly. Sales promises customers everything and it goes against best practices and then customer service gets yelled at. When you bring up issues they make excuse after excuse. Never fixing the issue. I wouldn't work here again. It's awful.

There were a couple people i liked working with. But management gossips and talks smack about people behind their back. Such unprofessional and high school behavior. When you bring it to their attention you get excuses and treated like you are the problem.

Never met

Get a better computer system. Give better training. Do what I say I'm going to do. Be more professional and be a company with integrity. Train people. The rules aren't squishy when they are there for the customers protection Everyone should follow the same set of rules.

The lady that interviewed me is no longer with the company and told me the wrong place to go.

When you get screamed at all the time not much
