DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time customer service position typically works Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM .
As an HVAC Sales / Home Comfort Advisor, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. Your job is to work directly with our customers and make residential, whole house fans, indoor air quality (IAQ), and mini split sales. You discuss each client's current heating and cooling systems to discern their needs. Using your knowledge of HVAC systems and services, you present the customer with the best options to improve or replace their current systems. You are always honest and upfront with your quotes, and if the clients have any questions or concerns, you provide complete and accurate answers. After your initial visit, it is your responsibility to continue following up with the homeowner until the close of sale and the completion of installation.
After closing a deal, you make sure to keep in contact with our clients and technicians alike to ensure that the work is completed according to expectations. You set daily and weekly sales goals and reach them with skill. You get great satisfaction from seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck, and you love helping our customers live more comfortably!
