Calling all creatives with an eye for design and details! Zazzle's Reno Customer Care team is seeking an amazing group of seasonal agents to assist with processing basic image corrections on designs needing adjustment for quality printing.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor and based in Reno, NV, Seasonal Image Correction Agents will be a crucial part of our 2022 Holiday season. The Seasonal Image Correction Agent will work directly and primarily with our Image Control tool to efficiently execute adjustments to designs with quality control concerns before they are sent to print. You will join Zazzle's Validation Team, providing support by processing basic to intermediate design corrections for orders in which a quality control concern has been identified. This helps ensure that all orders translate to a printable product of the highest quality.
This is a seasonal assignment that is expected to start October 24th, 2022 and go through December 23rd 2022, at a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.
We are currently looking for the following shift for this role:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
We can only make hires in Nevada for this position, and candidates must live in the Reno/Carson City NV, USA area to be considered.

What You Will Do:Follow instructions for identified issues Resize text and imagery to fit within defined safe print areas Format images to have balanced borders and space Ensure consistency in orientation, spelling, and placement Add drop shadows/creating contrast for legibility Ensure prints are full bleed/there is no blank space Identify and escalate more complex issues for advanced resolution Establish consistency across multiple products in the same order which share themes/artwork Assist in the quick resolution of high priority orders to ensure turnaround time is not impacted
